Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience at this property was far from satisfactory. 1. Lack of Basic Amenities: No towels, no blankets, no mosquito repellents – even the most basic necessities were missing. 2. Ongoing Renovation: The property is clearly under renovation, yet they continue to rent out rooms without any prior notice or adjustments. 3. Poor Responsiveness: Despite multiple reminders, our requests were ignored. The staff showed little to no interest in assisting guests. 4. No Parking Facility: There is no designated parking space. We had to park our vehicle on the roadside, completely at our own risk. 5. Unprofessional Behavior: The staff lacks basic customer service etiquette and professionalism. 6. Terrible Customer Service: The services were extremely poor and the room was not worth the price. 7. Only Saving Grace – Food: The food was decent in taste and quantity. However, the service was painfully slow — we waited over 1.5 hours for a single meal. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options available at similar prices.

Hotel is clean and good to stay. Food is tasty, but little costly and quantity is more. One person need to order calculatively. |Both Ms. Ananya and Rashmitha at reception welcome you with a smile.|Breakfast is with fresh juices and buttermilk. I enjoyed the stay.

Price is little High 200-300 No warm water service in winter. There was renovation going on still They should ask to their customers . Staff Behaviour at reception is poor. It's they are always suspicious on something. Loved that room key holder and room light off system

Rooms are good. Service is also good but only one problem the receptionist communication skills and their booking rules. I think they are always have some doubt relating some illigal stay. Otherwise rooms and service are good according to price.

Appreciate my short stay here. I am really satisfied with this medium budget hotel. This hotel is all equipped with facilities must have for a quality hotel. The hotel operator, their boys, all are cordial and well behaved. Never think of any other hotel if at all I am to stay at Sambalpur.

The worst behavior I have experienced from the owner himself of Hotel Inder Regency, Sambalpur. I have more than 500 Hotel stay in my professional life till now. No one can behave like this. Beyond the expectation... Avoid the hotel...

Staff behaviour at reception is extremely poor. Dont know how to communicate with guest. After providing id card also, hundred an one time enquiring about relationship status. It is so irritating. I sincerely advice if u have any female it may be your mother, Sister, daughter or wife. Stay away from this crazy people.

Budget hotel with AC and Non AC rooms. Staff are cooperative and well mannered. Food is not so great and I wouldn't advise to have it here. Rooms are old and battered. Parking can accommodate 5 large cars at one go.
