Due to business trip I have to visit lots of area and to stay in various hotels also. From my experience I can say that it was the worst experience I have. Their receptionist attitude is like a owner and you are nothing to them. Their behaviour and hospitality is third class. If I can give negative star rating I will be very happy. I hope their management need to take care of the staff behaviour and hospitality.

Worst service in Sambalpur. The staff shows no concern for whether you'll return or not. Mr. Khan should be replaced; he seems unaware of the menu and struggles to manage the crowd. We had to leave after waiting an hour for our food while others were seated at our table, and Mr. Khan did nothing to address it. When we decided to leave, he didn’t even acknowledge us. This isn’t an isolated incident; the service has consistently been subpar.
