Hotel Saket

As per tariff the room is not up to the mark. Only the corridor is covered by interior decoration otherwise condition of rooms are very poor. Less light and wi-fi. Receptionist are very unprofessional and restaurant foods are excessive priced.

I booked this hotel by looking at the images in the maps but it didn’t live up to my expectations. My costed me 1800 per night and 400 extra after 2 guests. So I have to pay more for the same small room. The rooms are not properly cleaned and there is no hot water present. In the night there were more than 5 cockroaches in the bed and when I complained they told me they can’t do anything. The bathrooms are not maintained and the light bulb was not working. They have a restaurant inside the hotel which is very pricey and food quality is not that good.

You can get rooms at a very reasonable price. The rooms are hygenic and the staff are very friendly.

Rooms are clean. Hotel service is also good. But the food is not upto mark. I found hairs and a small dead insect in the rice.

They are not careful about guests. In morning suddenly the roof cracking sound come out. My seriously shoked. Come to know that a repairing work is going on and materials are being thrown in roof. Thanks God to blessing me from mis fortune. Request to be careful and visit complete hotel and inquiry all happenings here before booking and entering the room.

Very unpleasant stay. The hotel is very old from the inside and has an extreme experience with the mosquito disturbing the total sleep of night. Service is also very late and charges are extremely high. Not recommended at all.
