They don't provide us sleepers to wear inside the room, and when i ask them for wifi password staff said there is no wifi but in their profile they mentioned free wifi

Pathetic hotel. Not at all cooperative staff. any mishappening can take place in washroom. toilet seat can fall any time. Parents need to be extra careful with their children in such washrooms. untrained and rude staff. Just minting money.

Booked this hotel for its great location.. just behind Golden Temple.. walking distance of 5 mins.. rooms are ok but service is super slow.. we struggled to get our requests fulfilled. Staff not trained. Can be better..

NEVER EVER TAKE ROOM .ROOMS NOT CLEAN .. DIRTY AND STINKY BEDSHEETS . STAFF IS SO LAZY AND EVEN U CAN FIND SOMETIME THEM DRUNK .. BETTER GO TO OTHER HOTEL ..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

One of most useless Hotel ever I stayed in my whole life. Staff is totally indifferent what customer asks or needs.. I made this booking through MMT, request them to remove this Hotel from there listing. Totally unhygienic, filthy & badly maintained rooms & emanities. No parking space. Utterly dissapointing.
