NAVI MUMBAI This hotel is one of the most most worst no 1 hotel in all over Amritsar ,I can say,,previously I visited [Hotel Le Golden] ,but bcoz of chaupera saheb it was full,than I tried in sarias but that were also full . Than by my fate I got a room in this [Heritage inn] just next to [Baba Jiwan singh ji sarai] Pls 🙏 go and spend your day at gurudwaras parikarma,but but but never ever take room in this dirty,Hotel ,,,worst service ,worst staff

Hii M kulvinder kaur from bombay Pls 🙏🏻 don't ever book a room in this most worst Hotel of Amritsar It's better to sleep on road rather than take room here Sooooo disappointed room which was given to us was absolutely uncleaned ,with litters in dustbin ,fungus full basket and bathing mug,used pillows and bedsheets,Taps ,exhaust fan were not working ,bathroom drainage was chocked After complaining about all this ,staff had good arguments with us

Horrible Room,Zero cleanliness, stinking,No intercom in the room. Tariff includes complimentary Breakfast, but no breakfast was provided to us. Staff did not even ask us for it. There are only 2 staff in the hotel. Bedsheets are torn and stained. Washroom is pathetic.. Electrical connections are all loose and hanging out. Door latches are broken. Had already done advance payment for this room through Goibibo hence had no other option but to stay in this dirty room. Even the floor tiles at the Reception are broken. No one here has heard about this hotel. Very difficult to locate. Horrible service Bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone 👎👎👎👎👎

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and fresh towels. The highlight a particular amenity, e.g., rooftop restaurant was a great place to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A minor point to note is that Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing rooms.

Should introduce zero stars. Zero service, asked fir toiletries on the arrival and they gave it the next day and asked for extra xharges even after those were mentioned in the amenities, no iron, kettle were present even after communicating, they were not bothered, rooms were very small nd cunjusted, there is not single thing good about this hotel, will say we just came and someone else was on duty when you sked for it, we don't know like its the guests duty to do so, phone were just for show and were not working, worst booking ever.

Only good thing is the location if visiting Shree Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) and other local spots. Room was small, dark. TV worked ok as did a/c. No cleaning. But what really ruined the experience was money went missing from my wallet which i left in my room. Usually we would lock away valuables but in a rush left my wallet on view. Took £40. Complained to owner who denied it and said would ask workers. Did call back immediately and guaranteed wasnt workers, not sure how he checked CCTV in 3 mins. Next day, what do you know, £40 reappeared nicely slotted between shoes at bottom of cupboard, there is no way that money could have fallen out and landed where it was left.

Red alert 🚨Don’t book room here. I had a worst experience in this hotel. The staff and the service both were really bad. The staff was this much careless that I called the room service for an extra pillow they didn’t even bothered.Then I asked for a help of taking our bags to the room but after so many calls they didn’t even bothered to come. The bed in our room was broken and we had the worst sleep for two days. I would not suggest to stay here ,as I had the worst experience .
