Cheat person, don't book as after you made the payment they will refuse for the booking and ask you to claim the refund which is not possible after the check in date approached. Really a bad experience, dirty and small rooms for which they are changing huge amount and even they don't provide soap and towels in the room. Total waste of money, don't opt for these cheat people's.

Visited this hotel last month with my family... I book this through agoda in temptation of heavy discount. It is the well known fact that Amritsar is very crowded place and not to my surprise this hotel is also in a very congested lane... my first suggestion to the traveller is don't book this hotel if you are in your own vehicle. Just after my booking and confirmation from agoda, I talk to the owner of this hotel and ask about parking so he clearly says parking is available but at last moment I have to park my car in a paid parking ... other confirmation I have taken from the owner regarding the availability of AC because of high temperature outside and agoda gives me this deal on unimaginable rate.... the owner confirms but to my other surprise when I reached the hotel I ask for the owner that you AC is not working the individual came upstair and told me that AC is working but it is not in your package as I booked a delux room.... I agreed to pay extra payment to upgrade my room just for the functioning of AC but the owner demands double the price so in a hurry I have to check out at the same moment and return to Chandigarh.... My only recommendation is don't book this hotel if you are travelling with family and in your own car it is the low budget hotel and good for bachelors.. Regards On today dt 29/12/2024 a person called me and referred me as his legal advisor.. in my review at last I used a word hookup which I might used in anger and flow against the servics he gave.. on that he raised objection...I also feel that I should not use that so I edited my review...but rest every word I have written is true... note:- my recommendation for booking is still same😊

Worst experience ever... Never going to book this again Air conditioner was not working even the fans were not working after a certain time period. No backup options for electricity and the owner was also frustrated because of our regular complains about their hotels. . No amenities in the washroom and not even complimentary water bottles

बहुत ही गंदा और bakwas होटल है हमने अगोड़ा से सस्ता देखकर बुक कर दिया था बट लेकिन यह लोग बहुत ही गंदे लोग हैं पहले से ही इनका सामान पूरा खराब रहता है और यह लोग बाद में फिर पैसे मांगते हैं मुझे इन्होंने 3000 लिए हैं और उन्होंने मुझे बाहर से लॉक कर दिया था मुझे बाहर जाने भी नहीं दे रहे थे चार पांच लोग हो जाते हैं मेरा मोबाइल छीन लिया इन लोगों ने और और मुझे धमका रहे थे मुझे 10000 रुपए की मांग कर रहे थे बट लेकिन मेरे पास सिर्फ 3000 थे तो मैं इन लोगों को 3000 देकर मैं वहां से निकल गया क्योंकि मुझे जल्दी निकलना था मेरी ट्रेन लेट हो रही थी तो इसलिए मैं पुलिस कार्रवाई नहीं की तो कृपया कर इनकी होटल बुक ना करें यह लोग बहुत बड़े ठगी लोग हैं जो कि सरदार जी का भेष में एक तरह से चोर हैं और हमारे सिख समाज को बदनाम कर रहे हैं

This is a very dirty and bad hotel, we had booked it after seeing it being cheaper from agoda, but these people are very dirty people, already their luggage is completely spoiled and later they ask for money again, they have taken 3000 rupees from me and they have locked me from outside, they are not even letting me go out, there are four or five people, they snatched my mobile and these people were threatening me, they were demanding 10000 rupees but I only have It was 3000, so I gave 3000 to these people and left from there because I had to leave early, my train was getting late, so I did not take police action, so please do not book their hotel, these people are big fraudsters, they are thieves in the guise of Sardar ji and are defaming our Sikh society.

जब हम होटल से चेकआउट कर रहे थे तो मालिक ने हमें होटल में बंद कर दिया, उसने मेरे और हमारे परिवार के साथ बहुत दुर्व्यवहार किया, उसने हमारे छोटे बच्चों को भी होटल के अंदर बंद कर दिया, जब हमने पुलिस को फोन किया और शिकायत की तो पुलिस आई, तब उन्होंने जाकर गेट खोला और हमसे जबरदस्ती 1500 रुपये छीन लिए और मैंने उन्हें 1500 रुपये दिए क्योंकि हमारी ट्रेन छूट गई थी और जब हमने 1500 रुपये का भुगतान किया, तब उन्होंने गेट खोला और फिर पुलिस आई और पुलिस ने हमसे राशि वापस करने को कहा, उन्होंने उनके साथ भी दुर्व्यवहार किया, फिर हमें देर हो रही थी, हम अपनी ट्रेन पकड़ने गए लेकिन इतना बुरा अनुभव था कि कोई नहीं आया, वहां धोखाधड़ी हो रही थी, इसलिए हम पूरे होटल में केवल मेहमान हैं।

When we were checking out from the hotel the owner locked us in the hotel he misbehaved with me and our family a lot he also locked our small children inside the hotel when we called the police and complained the police came then they went and opened the gate and forcefully snatched 1500 rupees from us and I gave them 1500 rupees because we missed our train and when we paid 1500 rupees then they opened the gate and then the police came and the police took back the amount from us They misbehaved with them also, then we were getting late, we went to catch our train but it was such a bad experience that no one came, there was fraud going on, so we are only guests in the entire hotel.

जब हम रोम से भर जाते हैं तब रूम की लाइट बार बार ऑफ कर देते हैं और मुझे वाटर bottle ka का भी चार्ज लेते हैं और वाहन पार्किंग का मुझे चार्ज लेते हैं और बिन फालतू का चार्ज लेते हैं किरपिया है क्या होटल में विजिट ना करें और साफ सफाई का भी चार्ज अलग से लेते हैं और मैं धूम्रपान नहीं करता हूं फिर भी खुद से सिगरेट रूम में दल कर उसका चार्ज लेते है

When we are filled with Rome, then we turn off the lights of the room again and again and also charge us for the water bottle and also charge us for parking the vehicle and take unnecessary charges. Please do not visit the hotel and also charge us for cleaning separately. And I don't smoke, still they go to the cigarette room and charge for it.
