Not agood service for hot water to get morning bath in winters .this hotel is standard in terms of rooms but very poor in bathroom service.

Worst ever experience with OYO. If there is negative, I will give that. The photos which they shown and rooms are absolutely different. And the Ambience is very bad. When you enter, the room welcomes you with a very bad odour and it continues. There is no sufficient space. Never every recommend to anyone.

ZERO Didn't even get to stay.. there is no negative marking or else would have definitely given!!! 1. The name itself is misleading first ,kept as if it is a part of the four seasons chain of hotels. That can tell us about it. 2. We booked this hotel through goibibo,make my trip, the process was clean and smooth, received confirmation with proper receipts. The issue started afterwards. We wanted to inform the hotel of our late arrival,and that time the hotel tells us that they do no accept online payments. Why? Bcz they have some problem with oyo regarding payments..so we, who have done proper booking and payment were presently left with no rooms to live and were 1 hour from reaching Amritsar. After a series of calls with oyo- hotel- oyo- hotel- goibibo etc..which lasted for 2 full hours, some blessed guy at goibibo booked us with another hotel room nearby. The moral of this is we got stuck in between the fighting of the hotel and the service provider and were swinging between them.so, take care and confirm the hotel booking with the hotel first after these online ppl book for us.

The hotel is located in an Industrial area. You get a cold welcome. Rooms are small and big black mosquitoes give you company. Service is ok. 1 bottle of water for 3 guests is what you get. Overall a pathetic experience in a hotel listed in the premium category by oyo.

Very poor service,this hotel lacks basic amenities, like,hot water for shower,aircon,fan,electric plug points to charge phone as all were faulty.||Bed sheets and pillow cases dirty.||The hotel looks so nice from outside but inside lacks a lot.||Book at your own risk
