HOTEL SEETA SINCE 1965| Hotel near Golden temple

I had booked 4 rooms 1month before of journey. Paid 20 % of total rent. Just 1 day before of journey they cancelled by booking. And refund my amount. When I asked them , they replied they have no room available. Worst experience.

Hotel owner is greedy . I confirmed it on booking.com after he confirmed on phone my booking. After that he said no room he was trying to provide me different hotels nearby and making excuses. He is cheating the customers and making fool also said cancel it. When I canceled it charges me cancelation fee.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel seeta for a weekend getaway. Check-In/Check-Out Experience: The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. Check-out was equally hassle-free. Room: The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Service: The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The staff were always courteous, helpful, and attentive to any needs or requests. The postive thing is it is near golden temple 🛕 Best experience with this hotel☺️

I am from Bangalore and visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar for the first time to offer prayers. I found out about Hotel Seeta through Google and booked it online for my family. The room rates were very reasonable compared to other hotels. I had a very good experience there. They provided guidance for visiting other places. The owner, Jasmeet Singh, was very kind and helpful. I would give this hotel 5 stars. It was like a cherry on top – the Golden Temple was nearby and the rooms were neat and clean.

I am from Pune and I found this Hotel Seeta through Google and booked it online. The room is very clean and hygienic and also the room rates were very reasonable.I had a very good experience in Amritsar. The owner and the helper are very helpful and they also provided guidance for visiting other places. I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars.

I had paid for 3 bed room through goibibo. For the first 2 days the hotel provided me bigger room with 3 beds. After 2 days, shifted me to smaller 2 bedded room with extra mattress on floor. I did not mind as the room no 202, the smaller room was better than room no 305 the bigger room. The AC of room no 305 was very noisy but in room no 202 it was silent. The hotel switches off the geyser in the night so in the early morning at 5 am we had to do with cold bath. On the last day I had to request to switch on the geyser, and they did it immediately. But after few minutes the water stopped coming to the bathroom. I informed the reception and they immediately started the moter to solve the water issue. They act immediately on your complaint that is very good thing. I requested to give me packed lunch, which they happily did and even put the food in their fridge so that it does not spoil. Everything is good about this hotel except two negatives. 1)... Ola taxi will not pick you from this hotel and when you book the taxi, this hotel never appears in the starting point list. So you are forced to take a rickshaw. Rickshaw charges Rs 129 from hotel to railway station. 2).... The kitchen staff is very greedy and as soon as they learnt that I am checking out they dared to knock my room door to ask for bakshish. I got annoyed at this act so did not give tip to discourage this nasty act. The location of this hotel is very good as all important places and market are very close at walking distance. I recommend the veg restaurant Amritsar Bites that is 1 minute walk from this hotel. It serves the best food. I advise you to avoid the kesar da dhaba and bharawan da dhaba as they are over hyped, over crowded and do not have good tasty food as compared to Amritsar Bites. The rates in Amritsar Bites are lower than the other restaurants and you can have the best meal peacefully in good ambience and proper seating. If you want very good ginger tea then try low key very small restaurant called Tawe Wale. To see wagha border best and cheapest option is HOHO double decker bus that charges Rs 350 return fare and starts at 2:30 pm from walking distance from this hotel.
