Ecko Lite MARS Hotel

I stayed at Mars Hotel for 2 days and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is very convenient as it’s within walking distance of the Golden Temple. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Hot water was only available in the mornings around 9am, and even after requesting at the reception, it didn’t always work at other times of the day. The kettle in the room was not in good condition, and we had to request a replacement. While the food service was good, other services felt a bit slow. Additionally, we noticed some dust particles in the tap water, so I would request the management to ensure clean water for guests. With improvements in these areas, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

* top notch location * among poorly made hotels, MARS stands out with its clean, hygienic rooms * well mannered staff, including their manager, Gurmeet and front desk executive, Manpreet. This was not expected at this location but I did got a hint when I was recommended by a friend that they are really good. * rooms are surprisingly luxurious. Usually i have to pay 2x to get such rooms * washrooms are clean, and there are shower gels and shampoo bottles in washrooms. Simply unheard of at this price. * Schindler elevator. Again not expected at this price range. * breakfast buffet price is 250 per head. Or you can yourself order at reception on ala carte basis. * overall impressed at this price. More hotels should be like this.

I stayed at Mars Hotel Last week. I enjoyed their food very much and really got admired by their services. Rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay. I highly Recommend to anyone coming Amritsar to stay at Best price Hotel in Amritsar that is MARS Hotel which is very near to Golden Temple.

I stayed at Hotel Mars, Amritsar for a week and had an excellent experience. The hotel is just a 1-minute walking distance from Sri Darbar Sahib, which makes it extremely convenient. The best part is that it is a family-only hotel, very safe and peaceful. The entire property is maintained as per international standards, and everything is just perfect. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and always ready to guide you with anything you need. Special mention to the manager Mr. Gurmeet Singh, who ensures the smooth running of the hotel and makes guests feel at home. Security is top-notch, with two Sikh guards always ensuring guests’ safety and even helping with fair pricing for rickshaws and taxis. This extra care makes you feel very comfortable and well looked after. In my opinion, Hotel Mars is even better than Ramada or any other 4–5 star property within 1–2 minutes’ walking distance from Darbar Sahib, especially when it comes to service, hospitality, and pricing. Highly recommended for families visiting Amritsar 🙏

I was visiting this property since from last More than 5 years . Mr. Gurmeet Singh is the man who was introduced me here . The services were very Nice in the past year's but now specially from last couples of months the organisation has replaced there staff from Punjabis to other states personals who are not very cooperative and not even soft spoken with the customers specially Mr. Devesh Bawa who even don't know that he has to serve wellcome drinks to his coustomers first Or offer them atleast pain Water during this Hot Summer rather than fullfill the other check in formalities. Even he is not soft spoken with his coustomers He is very much egoistic. Otherwise the thing's are okay

The Hotel is in close proximity to Golden temple. We booked 3 front facing executive rooms but didn't get it initially, were moved to a suite instead. However post some delays we were given the booked room The staff was friendly and the owner really helped sort out the room issues. Even though there was a bit of a struggle initially but they made sure things were taken care of. I'll still visit this hotel again when I come to Amritsar Thank you for the hospitality

I was visiting this property from last . 5 year's .Mr Gurmeet singh is man who gave suggest me this hotel .before the services of the hotel was very good .but nowadays the environment of the hotel is not same as before .all staff has been changed and new staff .

I had been to this hotel with my family. Stayed in room no 109 which was neat and clean, but could not open windows hence there was absence of natural light and fresh air in room. Food provided was good but service was slow . Location is nearby to Golden Temple at city center
