Really bad experience, dirty matress, had cockroaches inside pillows and room design was poor

We took a family room for 4 people. It was simple, clean and very economical. It is the city but yet located in a silent spot away from the traffic. They have their own kitchen for room service, so that way it was sorted for us. Hospital, pharmacy, autorickshaw stands are just 10 meters away.

Had planned a short trip and booked this hotel at the fag end. I must admit that this is a good hotel to stay in. The hotel staff are polite and extremely cooperative to accommodate your request. The rooms are spacious. We took a family room and they are quite spacious and clean. The 2 beds provided are big enough for 4 people. The washroom is also very clean. Overall a good place to stay while on a budget. Two things that are minute and can be improved are shifting from a window to split AC and installation a bigger tv as most hotels provide a medium sized smart tv these days. Although these are very minimal things and negligible it is to be noted that this is a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again while visiting in the near future. Also a small thank you to #makemytrip for recommending this stay.

If you have time stay somewhere else! Honestly the rooms are not at all as shown in the pictures. In the pictures it looked a very new property with everything neat clean. When we reached the service by the persons at the reception was really nice but we were disappointed with the room size and quality. The pillow covers and blanket was stained, we asked it to be changed and they did it, but honestly you don’t want to come to an unclean unhygienic room. The bedsheet had lots of hair of God knows who, it felt Ewwww. As we had a layover for a few hrs and wanted to go to the Golden Temple and not have much time, we decided to sleep through the night (were there for total 10 hrs) but honestly it just felt uncomfortable. They just gave us one towel and nothing else. We paid Rs 1030 for one night here for the smallest room they had (booked online)

Standard room provided was the smallest and suffocating room provided till now in all of my travel experience. Just enough space for 2 persons. If you have 2 bags then cannot even move around in the room. There is no free breakfast provided. Room service for food is available. Staff was good. Location is ok.

The hotels is situated very close to the Golden temple, walking distance. The rooms are clean and staff is really helpful. Food was ok to be honest, not great. One disappointment was the deluxe room had micro sized TV, not at all watchable from the bed. Hotel should definitely invest in that. Also whilst our stay, there was some maintenance going on that we weren't aware of, as soon as we entered the room and turned on the air conditioner, a strange smell got in via the vents and it literally caused an eye burn. The staff should've informed us about that. But I'd still recommend the place. Cheers

We book a family suit. Room was good. For 4 people they just give 1 fan and 1 bathroom . They should give one more basin out of the bathroom. Overall, I will give 4 out of 5
