Very far from Golden Temple, in streets not on main road. At the time of booking, it was told it is just 2mins walkable distance from Golden temple but it is very very far. - Rooms are small for family - No proper arrangement for driver stay - No private parking. Had to park in govt parking which is approx 200m and no staff assistance for luggage. Had to carry our luggage from parking by ourselves - Room service is slow. Had to ask for water and mattress again n again - Bed linens were not clean which we asked hotel manager to change. Thankfully, it was changed Would not recommend to anyone.

This is very near by place for Golden Temple visit. I stayed their enjoyed all their facilities and services.

JB MANGEMENT KO BAAT HI NI KRNI ATI SO I THINK.... IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER..... I AM A GUIDER ALSO AND I OFTEN VISITED SO MUCH AREAS BUT AGR HUM GURUDAWARA SAHIB JI KE PASS REH KR IZZAT KRNA NI JANTE TOH I THINK AP KHI BHI IZZAT KRNA NI JANTE..... HOTELS AND RESTAURANT AND STAFF AND CUSTOMER MUST DEPENDS ON THE TALKING BEHAVIOR OF A PERSON/MANAGER.... YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT WHO IS A MANAGER??? YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE A BASIC FACILITY AT A POINT OF VIEWS OF A CUSTOMER.... YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE A ROOM TO A CUSTOMER NOT JUDGEMENTS TO THE CUSTOMER... A PERSON WANTS A RELIEF IN A ROOM NOT YOUR SUGGESTIONS.... There is no safety in a any case of emergency...

Manager is so annoying.... Service is also not good. Not good mattresses. Rooms are small not good for family.. Tv connection and internet connection very slow.

The hotel is nearby to golden temple, easy to locate, you can get food mignight by walking 100m from the hotel. The staff is good, affordable price for the room, the condition of the room is excellent. Food from hotel was fine. Due to peak days, you can see variations in prices hiked.
