Very ugly room and staff service very bad .... behaviour light problem.. bathroom &room conditions is very poor ...plz i request u do not visit at this hotel ... Totally money waste .....

It was a bad experience. Room as provided to me at the first instance wad too small - 8 ft by 9 feet ( Quoted Tariff Rs 1209) . Later they changed it to a better but still bad room with AC not working, no faucet for bathing , no washing provision functional at all tin the commode , no rod in the improvised wardrobe. bathroom too small where your legs are under the wash- basin while sitting on commode, no room service even for drinking water, tariff rate quite flexible and bad manners. Its only positive aspect is its closeness to Golden Temple ( about 500 meters from the main temple ) . Will not visit again.

Worst hotel experience. The room they offered was for 1500 n had no window n the roof was so low that I could stretch and touch it. They had provided a stand fan that could only provide air for one person and it was a family room. The staff was unsupportive. The room boy kept staring at me and the order for food arrived a minimum of 1 hr late. The only help they did was talk to the taxi guy who didn't know Hindi and we couldn't understand his Punjabi. This hotel is so bad that most basic necessities are missing. Electricity is not constant. The bathrooms are leaky. The door locks are broken. The ACs are not working. The water supply is unreliable. And the service is lazy and nothing to write home about. I stayed for a night and was barely able to have an hour of sleep because of so many disturbances. The price they charge is very high against the hellscape they offer.

Rooms are untidy. Matters were uncomfortable, it feels like you are sleeping on the floor. Service was too slow. They just keeps you waiting for anything you order. Bed bugs, no clean drinking water, not even worth of 1star. I would recommend not to look to this hotel at all. Manager was also so rude. It can’t maintain the oyo rooms standards.

This was worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. My experience is summed up in the following points : The staff is deplorable - They shout out expletives, one of them was drunk and conflicting. Rooms stink - fungal deposits all around No proper room service - I asked them for a bottle of water, they didn't get it. Also, the bed sheet was never changed since the last guest left. Despite asking them numerous times, they didn't change it. Bathroom was dirty - Traces of hair, dirty commode. I was charged 800 INR. You'd be better off getting an OYO. I had one booked, but one of the local rickshaw puller brainwashed me(obviously, he had his share of commission). Also, they don't give you a bill, when you checkout. Horrible experience, overall!

This is a too bad hotel or this can not be called as a hotel. Room is small, bed sheet is very much untidy and bathroom is owaaakkk. Staffs behavior are also very bad, after requesting them to change the room many times, but they do no hear us. So I check out the hotel immediately after 2-3 hours after paying for one day of Rs. 1300 (non AC) in full. I do not why OYO is tying up with these types of hotels.

Worst room. Not cleaned properly, small sized, dusty , bad location, manager behaviour totally rude at all, please think twice before booking , I assure you , you are not gonna like the room at all Definitely not worth your money.
