You've to tell everything then only the hotel staff will do. You need to ask to replace the bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket, etc. They cutoff the AC, Geyser power supply and you need to tell them to turn on every time. Sometimes they would cut off their power supply early in the morning to save electricity. Room telephone doesn't work so you need to go to reception everytime. I was brought here by a local rickshaw driver. Washroom was smelly and there were small flies. Overall the room looks good and comfortable. Service and it's maintenance is very poor. Don't know how it was an Oyo flagship. Paid ₹2500 for 2 days mid-size room.

Wrost Hotel... This was my business trip, so I booked this hotel for one night . On the time of booking they tell me there is all services available like.. Wifi, AC , etc. But when I check in for more than four hours they didn't turn on the AC. After telling again and again,they turned on the AC. And also there is no TV remote+ No AC Remote+ No any soap in bathroom & also almirah hook is broken. I stayed too many hotel's room but I didn't face too much problem in a single hotel. Too disgusting 😡

If there was a option of half star I would have given it a half star not at all capable of holding a single star 👎. Worst hotel ever very rude behavior of staff and not at all safe place very dirty place. I request you to don't visit this place at all and waste ur money on this untidy hotel. Worst hotel experience ever they should be banned from Hotel business. 1. Rude behavior 2. No support from anyone 3. Didn't provide complimentary water, towel or anything 4. AC or water gyzer nothing was working

This hotel have a wrost staff and bad bahevior this hotels have to shutdown because they are scammers, blackmailers & honey trapers. This hotel staffs are criminals. Don’t be go this hotels please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 IJGRAND HOTEL one case that when i stay this night at this hotel. They asked we will every faculties and service like you know all means. I asked them it’s holy place dont be do this please then they bihaving very badly and after they cut my room water supply and cut they cable service. Do not go this place please.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location otherwise service was very poor, ac was leaking on the bed so we had to cover it with polythene, tv was not working also there was not ac remote in the room no soap, towel and drinking water was provided Shower was broken, as i said location is good golden temple is just walk distance from there.

Very rude behaviour of staff and room and washroom are not cleaned . There are so many insects in the room and they provide very late room services . There are hairs all over spreaded at bedsheet and almirah door is also broken . Worst hotel ever visited
