Rooms are neat n clean n easily accessble to golden temple n nearby attractions… overall its awesome stay

I had a family stay for 3 nights at this hotel, although the location was perfect as selected but the room being a super deluxe was actually not worth as paid. The room has seapage on walls and smelly when you enter the room from outside (few room inside pictures uploaded below). The room was not changed even on request on the day of check -in. It was literally a very bad experience of this hotel. The reception person even misbehaved on the day of check out as well.

Despite of prior booking, Receptionist harassing about number of people not mentioning and settlement was done by pay extra more money. Unnecessary harrsment while reaching this place. No tea/breakfast available till 9am as their chef not available early morning. Worst place ever to visit this hotel in Amritsar near golden temple.

Worst staff of the hotel. Manager is very disrespectful. Promissed me to give premium room and when i paid for the room, he told me that i was talking about the deluxe room. Broken dustbins untidy room. Rotten smell in the rooms. Water bottle was already opened and toilet was untidy and smelly. Overall worst stay this time at amritsar

It is an excellent place to stay with all the corporate look eminities and very near to Harmander Sahib. Staff is very cooperative and Hotel is also neat and clean. Thanks and regards Paras Narula

Very comfortable stay, great rooms with very decent people who serve you in best ways possible. 10 on 10 recommend.

The only positive is that it's close to the Golden Temple. The rooms have mold all over the walls. Most rooms the wall paper is peeling off. You're lucky if you get a room without any issues. You are continuously asking management to fix things. We booked 4 rooms and all had issues. My room had mold, a problematic shower, AC that didn't work, 'tea' strains on the sheets and found silverfish in my bed. Also WiFi is not available unless you have a local number which is quite frustrating as we were all on roaming. I would highly recommend finding any other accommodation. This hotel adds more stress to an already chaotic city.

Awesome Stay, wonderful customer service & the best part this hotel is in walking distance from golden temple. So, thanku hotel golden tower to make my holiday best & provide us on great hospitality.
