Pathetic Hotel. (Waste of money worth for 100 bugs) • Uneducated Staff (Least bother to help and response). • Zero Ventilation. • Stinking Bedsheets and pillow cover. • Dirty quilt and door mats. • No Privacy (All windows are see throw) • Window A/C (with broken windows even Rat can pass throw it) • No Lift (All rooms above 2nd floor and Bell boy is least bother to help) • Food is pathetic(Unhygienic) • Water they give is local bottle • Not Couple friendly. Only Good point was Hot water available 24/7. Very nice hotels available near Golden temple (more than 200 hotels surrounding golden temple)

Very unprofessional behaviour of staff, no one have courtesy to come to assist with luggage just watching from inside. Given ground floor room which is adjacent to desk after arguing only give 3rd floor room which also adjacent to kitchen. Room also old bedsheets Horrible experience and left room without availing complete 2 days

Small hotel but good for visitors who want to take a room for couple of days to stay in the city. It is cheap and best with basic facilities. Its name ia now the Red hotel from Krishna Castle. I think it is acquired by The Red hotel.

Nice hotel. Little away from golden temple...... Good place for couples and bachelor couples too... One thing is not good their door lock not working so always use keys to shut them

Never ever visit their It was the worst hotel I visited in amritsar As the AC was not working Power cut after every hour TV remote not working Worst room service Unhygienic food Toilet was very dirty And blanket smell very bad WiFi not working So never ever visit this hotel

I requested one of the hotel staff to mute the televison installed in reception as the sound is not letting me sleep in my room just next to the reception but he refused it . Third class service will not recommend any one.
