Hotel Tradition

DISGUSTING HOTEL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. We booked two rooms for two nights for 6600, after our experience I would not may a small fraction of this . After checking in and entering our rooms we found them to be totally unclean. The bedsheet had lots of hairs on it and many stains, the walls and curtains were filthy too. No cover for the bed was provided. The room was so bad that we complained and asked for a refund, the staff offered us a new room which they promised would be cleaner, although the member of staff said “remember to tip me for this”. While entering the new room I saw them ‘cleaning’ the room next door, which explained to me why the cleanliness and hygiene standards were so low. Initially, the new room looked better; there were fewer marks on the wall, the curtains were not covered in stains, and the bedsheet had fewer stains and hairs (shown in picture) so we accepted it. However, upon entering the bathroom to use the toilet, we discovered that the toilet seat was covered in dried urine (shown in picture). We asked for a refund again and were moved to a sister hotel nearby, this one was much better but one of the rooms had serious issues with cockroaches. Terrible experience in all, this hotel must be avoided despite its good location.

The room were not much clean. There where cockroach and lizard were roming in the room. And the bed they provide is not so nice, we can feel the bed spring down.

They are cheaters, The added 02 extra watter bottles in my bill , when i told them i used only 02 bottles it wasn't 04 , then they said sorry its our mistake 😃. And i ordered in night time full mashroom tikka they gave me only 05 pieces of mashroom and next morning i paid 400rs for 5 pieces, this is unacceptable 😅😅

When y0u reached at property they ask you Rs. 1000 for a room, then you extend for one more day then they charged Rs. 2250, for the extension,, "Please be aware,"

Was having stay for one day....dealing in front of with the guy was superb...quality of rooms r superb...will recommend to stay here

This hotel is very Ford and not a complete facility .there are 3 rooms available but charges are 4 room.and not a a.c.facility.water not available.......that is thif

Very bad property room no clean no soap no towels no water bottle and his manager sourav very rude behaviour and madam Meenakshi kaur such a rudeless lady very poor service

Not a good hotel by an mean for any traveller who is coming to Amritsar. Hygiene is poor...Bathroom gives smell....No Ventilation....Suffocation in room despite of AC....in peak summer when electricity failure bound to happen, there is no arrangement of DG/alternate source of electricity. Even Light/Fan does not work...Mattress of third class quality are being used. Hotel asks for 100% advance payment during check-in and during check-out no Invoice is given to clients. Additional Bedding is provided after 4 hours and despite of reminder again and again. Some objectional items from personal Hygiene pointbof view were also found in room which can cause discomfort for anyone travelling with family...Dnt spoil your trip by staying in this hotel...!
