Bloom Hotel - Heritage Walk

Very close to the Golden Temple and restaurants, The rooms are a little small but clean and of newer construction. Absolutely no problem with AC, heating and hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't try the restaurant on the 5th floor so can't comment about that. Overall a great value and excellent location. It's difficult for cars to get here but it's a short walk from the main Golden Temple parking garage.

Everything about this hotel is just Perfect.||Starting with the location, it's located about 100 meters from where Heritage Street starts, and that's the last point till where vehicles are allowed. So, it's easy to get autos and when coming from the railway station or airport, your auto will be able to drop you all the way to the hotel.||Location is close to lot of restaurants like the 24 hours Mcdonalds, pizza places and there's also a coffee shop right next door.||Room was really small but worth the price paid. And done up in a Classic yellow theme. Bed was comfortable and tea coffee supplies were good. View not that good, the window faced an old deserted building next door. They provide RO water in glass bottles which you can refill from the common area on each floor. They have in room dining too with a good continental menu, which I didn't try. ||The bathroom was super small, so small that the shower is literally overlapping with the WC area. Very good quality body wash, shampoo and hand wash and they provide shaving and dental kit as well.||Super quick service well integrated with their website using which you can order tea coffee supplies, water etc. The staff is super responsive and they service requests in under 5 minutes. The lobby staff is available 24 hours and I felt secure staying there.||Overall, this is a charming hotel chain which is run efficiently by friendly hard working staff, and within a Km of Golden Temple which makes late night and early morning visits convenient. Highly recommended and will definitely opt to stay with them again the next time I visit Amritsar.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bloom Heritage Amritsar and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The accommodation was cozy , bathrooms are clean, there is hot water in the shower with good pressure, toiletries provided are good quality, tea and coffee arrangements in the room are great and well-maintained, amenities provided ensure a restful stay. |The Air conditioning is excellent, they have installed Daikin brand which is very effective in the hot humid weather. The staff is young and energetic, housekeeping and guards included. They have filtered cold drinking water on each floor to make it accessible for customers easily. They have proper fire safety measures in place. |The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the Golden Temple, which made multiple visits for Darshan to Sri Harminder Sahibji extremely convenient.| The standout feature of this hotel, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff.| Rajat and Manpreet, in particular, were incredibly polite, courteous, and prompt in addressing any concerns. They were always smiling and respectful, and their local knowledge was invaluable in helping me navigate the area. Their assistance made my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel Bloom Heritage for its comfort, outstanding customer service, and prime location.

The service at Bloom was outstanding from every member of Staff. We had 5 rooms in total and all the rooms were very modern with everything you could need. The bathrooms are a slight let down due to design, as they flood while using the shower but were very clean and the water drains itself. The location is absolutely amazing with Harmandir Sahib round the corner. Getting to the hotel by a large vehicle can be an issue as the hotel is on the edge of the no vehicle zone. However the staff made sure we got the vehicle to an appropriate area and helped with all the luggage. Just something to keep in mind if travelling with large suitcases. We were in a large traveller on Diwali weekend which made it harder. The day of departure we had a smaller vehicle and managed to get it to the hotel entrance. We used the hotel cafe for breakfast which provided plenty of choice from continental to Paronthe and other Indian dishes . I would absolutely use the hotel again in the future.

Rooms are modern and clean (November 2024) despite a few scuffs here and there. Beds comfortable. Bathroom is the thing that let's the room down, very poorly designed. We had 5 rooms booked and they were all the same. When you shower the water goes all over the floor into the bedroom walkway. Towels are needed to block the water from spreading. Also, there's either the sink or toilet in the shower with you as there's small space in the bathroom, but then dead space in the bedroom that could've been utilised better. Overall, hotel is fine for sleeping. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. Rohit at breakfast was very attentive. Great location short 5min walk to golden temple.

It was an amazing experience to stay at Bloom. The breakfast buffet had delicious food options. The people attending the guests were humble and supportive.
