Room was not good they are really in bad condition. Ac is not working, bathroom also not clean . I will not recommend to anybody . It’s really too baad . We are not satisfied.

I visited here so many time , everytime ! everything was good , the staff was helpfull ,specially rohit was too good , rooms was always clean , it is just close to the jaillian wala bagh , though know i m in USA but whenever i come back to India & i have work in amritsar , i will go their to spend my time !

One of the most pathetic service i have experienced here. Firstly they were talking very sweetly. As soon we paid their behaviour changed. The rooms were over priced being new to the city we didn't had any choice. The room was unhygienic the bedsheet was sticky and the blanket smelled badly. The wifi connection was very poor we were unable to use, even after requesting so many times they didn't solved the problem. Basic soap and towel were provided after so many requests. I suggest you please find some better hotel to stay. Hard earned money isn't for wastage. The rooms were unhygienic overall. Washroom wasn't good enough as the money charged. Thank you. I hope i helped... Location of the hotel is best, the holy temple is quite near.

Rooms were clean but the bathroom door couldn't be locked. Other rooms were great. AC works fine. Prices are pocket friendly. Very good location, hardly 5 minutes walk to Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Owner/Manager was friendly.

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews provided on the OYO website which had excellent ratings and good room pictures. To our surprise, when we reached the hotel, checked-in and went upstairs, there was seepage from the walls in the hallway, rooms had no windows, bed sheets & pillow covers were dirty. The rooms were not ready when we arrived in the afternoon at around 2:30 PM. Even after prebooking the room and paying in advance for 5 guests, they alotted us rooms which were smaller in size and then asked us to shift to a bigger room at an extra cost. They even charged for the water bottle which should be complementary. We waited for an hour for breakfast to arrive after placing the order, the food quality was bad. During the check-out, the receptionist asked me to forward the final email received from OYO that contains the total amount, etc. I removed the feedback link and forwarded the email assuming they might need it for settlement. The receptionist asked me to send the original email without deleting anything from the email, after around 5 minutes of politely refusing they gave up. At that point, I understood how they have hacked the review system of OYO by asking the customers, who are not tech-savvy, to forward the final email from OYO. They use the feedback link to post good reviews themselves, about their hotel or even modify the reviews given by the customers. Really OYO? this is how your hotel plays games and cheat customers. Yet again a very bad experience with OYO. I would never again recommend OYO to any of my close family members and friends after what we have gone through.

The hotel's room was so pathetic with no hygiene and proper sanitation facilities. There is no proper space in bathroom for bathing properly and it's stinking so much . The table in the room was full of ants and bad smell. The manager here talks nicely before payment and show their true face and behaviour after you made payments. They just want money that's all and it is also famous for its nearby location from Golden Temple. E-Battery rickshaw also make money by telling that it's a parking owner's family hotel and it's very good for family bla bla Don't get fooled ❌ I stayed there with my cousins and they didn't even picked the call for facilities like water bottle, towel and extra blanket but they didn't picked the call and if by chance they pick na then they refuse to give facilities. Don't recommend plzz Stay away from such fraud Hotels
