My stay at Hotel Royals Grand Galaxy was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service from the Manager Mr. Sam and hotel staff . The rooms were spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the restaurant, The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. It was magnificent experience to have there dinner. Food was amazing. Enjoyed so much. Can't wait to try again. ❤️❤️❤️Personalized service, clean room, linen and toilet. Honest restaurant on the 4th floor serves clean, tasty food a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Hotel was nice and good. Staff is also very supportive & helpful. Food is provided on your room, no need to go downstairs. Hotel is quiet close to golden temple. Overall it was great to stay.

Hotel Grand Galaxy exceeded my expectations with its warm hospitality and elegant ambiance. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and I loved the delicious food, especially the breakfast buffet with a wide variety. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. Meant for Hospitality and ambience. We stayed here for 2 days. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful. our room was amazing. We had breakfast here and special appreciation for food/restaurant staff. They were a great host. Again it was a great experience ❣️thankyou the Nav mam & staff team members for taking care of every bit of hospitality with a smile and comfortable vibes .i would always like to stay there whenever next and recommend for people visiting Amritsar ❤️

Anand sharmaji is Very cooperative, and kind, all the trip arranged by him was very comfortable as we all ladies went, it was safe and we felt like family. Drive Ranjit bhai was very good and kind and very well managed with driving.

The customer service was top notch, the rooms were really clean and well maintained Had really nice experience staying there.
