Best Western Plus Amritsar

Best part - Hotel is very good, beautiful rooms and amenities except my shower was not working properly and my smart tv is having network issues. Food is mind blowing but expensive. One should definitely try out the food, in fact the support staff at the restaurant is also very cooperative , polite and helpful.full marks to them. Suggestions - Don't have car clean facilities for people staying there. And Try to attend customer room services a little faster. This will increase your ratings further .

There is no rooftop pool. There is no gym. There is no rooftop dining with views of the Golden Temple. These are mentioned in all of the listings for this hotel... but they do not exist. Considering conditions on the roof, I don't think they'll be available anytime soon. What baffled me most is that the existence of the gym was maintained even at check-in. When I asked where it was, I was told it was on the sixth floor. Only when I went up there myself did I discover it is now closed. My room was pretty nice. But staffing is pretty terrible here. Just getting towels replaced required a Kafka-esque series of calls to the front desk, each time with a promise that they would come in "five minutes." Was offered a free drink to make up for my annoyance with the lack of a gym and sub-par service. I placed my order... and of course it never came. Breakfast was probably the worst at this price point I've experienced in India.

I would give 0 stars out of 5 A Nightmare Stay – AVOID at All Costs I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Best Western Crystal Chowk, Queens Road, Amritsar, and it was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I stayed in rooms 505 and 507, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. To start, cockroaches were crawling on the bed—absolutely disgusting! The toilets were filthy, with a stench so bad it was unbearable. Stains covered the sheets, walls, and everywhere you looked. Dust, dirt, and grime were present in every corner of the room, and there was mold in the bathroom, making it a health hazard. The room keys didn’t work, and we had to go up and down repeatedly to get them reprogrammed—a massive inconvenience. The housekeeping was non-existent, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the condition of the hotel or the guests. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and acted like they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging us. Their attitude was shocking, with laughter and jokes while guests were clearly unhappy. This place isn’t just poorly maintained; it’s revolting. From the disgusting hygiene standards to the terrible service, everything about this hotel was a nightmare. I would never come back here and strongly advise anyone considering it to stay far away. Spend your money elsewhere, where they actually care about their guests and basic cleanliness.

Recently had a misfortune to stay at this hotel. To start with the front staff is not at all courteous and customer service is ZERO at this place. The housekeeping staff is unprofessional and untrained local young girls from the locality with no knowledge about hotel industry or customer service. If you decide to stay here be prepared to be frustrated with everything, like room service to house keeping to power outage. This surely can't be a chain of hotel! Owners if you are reading pleaae work on your staff or keep loosing customers.

It totally useless hotel , if you want to spoil your holidays go western plus, specially the lady on reception - Sarbjeet only having the money minded and dont know how to speak with the their guests. She could provide your smaller room if you dont cross check or checkout late in the hotel. Swimming pool mentioned but not operational and same as the Gym too, its mentioned but not operational.

One of the worst hotel .... No any recommended to stay here ....insects all the floor in rooms no housekeeping proper Such a money waste hotel of best western plus name just like a 4star and property u stay here only 2 star. no welcome drink No any pik the call of room service and housekeeping..

Chose it for the rooftop pool and location. Pool was a building site so I got offered a complimentary dinner by the management… unfortunately a high percentage of what was on the menu was not available. Room was clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. However, room lighting was a mystery of non functioning switches. Wifi was dismal, better with mobile data. Also I asked if there was anywhere I could hire a motorcycle from and was told emphatically it wasn’t possible… Even when pressed the answer was the same. Not the best of experiences for a ‘plus’ hotel.
