Hotel Grand Fortune

My experience was okay, but the service wasn’t great. The hotel is easy to find with Google Maps, but i couldn't spot their sign on the main road. I booked a room for three people, but the setup wasn’t good. When I checked in, there was no extra bedding, no toiletries, and no water or glasses in the room. I asked for bedding at the reception, and they said they’d send it in 5 minutes, but nothing came. Later in the evening, after I asked again, they finally gave the bedding and one towel for three adults. Room service was also poor. We called for plates and glasses, and no one came. When I called again after an hour to check, they acted like we hadn’t asked before. The washroom experience was better overall. The water pressure was great, but there was no proper place to keep the soap, either near the basin or bathing area. It had to sit on the marble beside the basin, and since there was no soap tray or drainage, water collected underneath it, which was inconvenient. Parking was another problem. I parked my car on the street near the hotel and was worried it might get scratched. When I asked if I could park in their lot, the staff said they’d do it for me, but they didn’t. I decided to park it myself, and asked them if i could do so, they said yes, and the parking guy told me it was fine to leave it on the street and that he wouldn’t take responsibility for anything in their lot. This felt very unprofessional. I was just there to spend the night, so it did the job, but these small issues added up. The management really needs to improve.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at grand fortune hotel in amritsar and I must stay it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes elegance,with it's modern design and well maintained premises was smooth and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.the room was spacious clean and beautifully appointed with all the amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable,ensuring a restful nights sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional hospitality. While the hotel itself is fairly average with some minor malfunctions in the room, such as a slight issue with the heating system and washroom, the service more than made up for it. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and Mr. Irfan, the owner, personally ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. His attention to detail and care for guests truly stood out. The food was great, and the views were stunning. Despite a few small hiccups, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality!

This was the perfect location for a few days in Amritsar. The checking in process was amazing, we were given a lovely room with a view overlooking the front. I have stayed at many hotels for business trips, but this is one of the best I have experienced. I always choose this hotel because it offers the best combination of pricing and comfort. It has been a wonderful experience each time. Highly recommended.

Super pathetic hotel. They are thieves. Will charge unreasonable. First they say that driver's dinner is complimentary in the driver area and then charge whipping 1000 for it. Staff is rude and unethical. Hotel walls are damp and bedsheets stink. Don't make ur experience a disaster by booking this hotel.

Disappointing Experience – Not Suitable for Families This hotel is not at all family-friendly and seems to cater primarily to bachelor couples looking for short stays. I also noticed that they were renting rooms to students appearing for exams, such as room numbers 403 and 103, which seemed completely off-topic for a proper hotel stay. Our check-in time was 11 AM, but we were told to wait until 12 PM as the rooms were being cleaned. However, it was clear that couples were checking in for just 1-3 hours, and other rooms were occupied by students. The place was completely unhygienic and lacked proper cleanliness. This was the worst experience I've had in Amritsar, especially with a facility like OYO. Definitely not recommended.

I recently stayed at this hostel, and it was worst experience I've had. No cleanliness, dirty floors whatsoever. The rooms felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. Staff were unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t care at all. If you’re looking for a place that values cleanliness or basic customer service, this hostel is definitely NOT the place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
