Hotel O 15208 Hotel Unique

The rooms were small which was expected but not as new or clean as shown in the photographs. The bedsheet was dirty and we had to ask them to change which they did. Pillow covers were also looking unclean but they did not change them. Breakfast was provided in the room and it was good. It is located in a narrow lane, so if you are bringing your car it will be very difficult to get parking.

We booked a room in this hotel from oyo for ₹800 but the owner or manager of the hotel refused to give us the room at oyo price and they asked to give ₹1000. This is very cheap. In the end, we took the room at ₹1000 but their service was the worst. They didn't provide us towels, soaps, handwash even after asking 3-4 times. Their room telephone was also not working. Please don't go to this hotel.

The hotel is located at queens road hotel lane. You can see hotels everywhere in this lane. The guy on reception was polite and helpful. The rooms were decent with comfortable bedding. In the morning we had to wait really long for hot water as there was some issue with it. Car parking space is available for 2-3 cars. It was a budget hotel.

booked this hotel going by it's reviews, but I think those are paid reviews as nothing was there like written in reviews. Worst customer service with more pathetic rooms. Dirty linen, hair and dust all around the room. Toilet flush was broken, AC was not working, no end to the list. To add in disgust, hotel staff was not ready to change our room. Staff had no uniform, wore dirty cloths and slippers. Please don't book this hotel ever.

It was just ok to visit there because of the following reasons:- 1) No parking space. 2) Television was not working. 3)Hot water was not available. 4)bedsheets were not clean enough. Nd we were informed that everything is available and in good condition,including these four things.

Hotel room was allotted before any cleaning and inspection.We found washroom wasn't clean and no room dusting (sweeping) was done.Bed sheet was also in torn condition.When we informed the reception staff only then,they took some action.This is the reality.What trust can we then rely upon,if these are the conditions.

Most of the hotels check/In time is 12:00 but in unique hotel Oyo (15208) room are not ready till 23:30 they normally inform you wait for 15 minutes and the reception guy only in sando not wearing even shirt forget about grooming & all ,later on they shift me on another hotel at midnight All reception area or outside lights are switch off.

C Grade hotel, dirty linen and extremely dirty bathroom. No parking space and rude staff. Overall a shady hotel, best for families to avoid.
