Disappointing Experience – Not Suitable for Families This hotel is not at all family-friendly and seems to cater primarily to bachelor couples looking for short stays. I also noticed that they were renting rooms to students appearing for exams, such as room numbers 403 and 103, which seemed completely off-topic for a proper hotel stay. Our check-in time was 11 AM, but we were told to wait until 12 PM as the rooms were being cleaned. However, it was clear that couples were checking in for just 1-3 hours, and other rooms were occupied by students. The place was completely unhygienic and lacked proper cleanliness. This was the worst experience I've had in Amritsar, especially with a facility like OYO. Definitely not recommended.

This was the perfect location for a few days in Amritsar. The checking in process was amazing, we were given a lovely room with a view overlooking the front. I have stayed at many hotels for business trips, but this is one of the best I have experienced. I always choose this hotel because it offers the best combination of pricing and comfort. It has been a wonderful experience each time. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hostel, and it was worst experience I've had. No cleanliness, dirty floors whatsoever. The rooms felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. Staff were unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t care at all. If you’re looking for a place that values cleanliness or basic customer service, this hostel is definitely NOT the place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This was the worst hotel stay l've ever had. The room was dirty, with hair everywhere, and a mop left near the bed indicating incomplete cleaning.Despite multiple requests, room service never responded, forcing us to clean the bathroom and mop the room ourselves. The shower malfunctioned, stuck on hot water, turning our room into a sauna in Amritsar's humid weather. When we called for room service, we were promised someone would arrive in “10 minutes.” Fast forward two days, and we were still waiting, left to play the role of housekeepers as we cleaned the room ourselves. As for the food, the French fries were practically an oil bath—enough grease to start deep-sea diving lessons. If you’re in the mood for absurdity, this place won’t disappoint. And if you're still planning to stay here then May our Good Lord bless you my child<3 Stay here if you enjoy a good farce:)

Such a horrible experience.. Worst Customer Service from the Frond-end staff. Booked this hotel through Agoda but the staff at the reception refused to check-In and told me to pay additional charges. Later on saying that prices listed on agoda are listed by mistake and therefore are not correct. Request to the management, Kindly please ensure that your staff has enough knowledge about how to respect and commute with your Customers. Such a bad experience .

MOST PATHETIC HOTEL IN THIS VICINITY. Rooms were shabby, Manager making false promises just to grab customers. Reception elevator not working, you drag your luggage yourself, Pathetic smelly rooms, with dirty bedsheets, broken WC in bathroom, not serving water and blankets despite requesting multiple times. We check in around 12midnight and have waited for about one hour for extra bed, pillows & mattress (they have one cheap torn sofe bed which is broken in two pieces) and while on call I clearly asked the manager about extra bed space, he FAKE PROMISED that a big sofa bed is available. FRAUD HOTEL!! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL!!

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving General cleanliness. Room was dust central and under the bed was filthy. I want to write more but I think it's just a waste my time Thank you💀

Worst stay experience EVERRRER.The rooms were mess, the services were mess, the food was mess. The complementary breakfast was the real treat- tasteless bread jam with worst tea ever. 5/5 would not recommend this hotel everrrrr.
