FabHotel KS - Hotels Near ISBT Amritsar, Amritsar

One of the worst hotel to stay. I regret every moment booking it. Unhygienic dirty ... cockroaches everywhere..even in bed.... They dint even clean it before I checked in....bathroom toilets cannt be used... I had the most worst experience ever.

Very bad experience, rooms were very dirty. Cocroaches and pest had pre occupied our rooms. Previous tenent linen and bedings were unchanged. Rooms where very stinking and in poor maintainance. ACs were not working, fan had only 2 modes. Very fast or very slow. Caretaker in response to our complain said it's not season for AC yet. Thoug change of room was offered, the other rooms were no different. Unlike the description the breakfast were unavailable at hotel and had to be ordered separately which were made available with a 30 mins wait time

It’s not worth calling a hotel. Absolutely messed up rooms. We were given room where bathroom had leakage it was all wet. Walls had blacks marks and furniture was all broken. Towels given were all wet and not even washed. Room was smelling. They do not have parking, parking is done on footpath. They do not have in-house breakfast. They server breakfast by getting it from nearby restaurants. Flooring is all broken. Lift had no light. I will not suggest Fab Hotels should enroll such property with them.

The owner and the staff are very rude. We had no hot water in the tap or the shower, despite promising us we will have hot water. After we complained, he promised we will have hot water the next day - and we didn't. Same for the wifi. Took us an hour to convince them to move us to another room with hot water. Location is also not great - very noisy and unpleasant. You can easily find a better hotel closer to the center for the same price.

Service needs to be improved. Location is good. Rooms are good. Connectivity is very good. Promptness in service is required. Restaurant facility is missing. AC was not on in room. Overall staff behavior is average.

We had no hot water in the shower or tap. We had to argue with the staff for over an hour before they offered we change room. Rooms are noisy and unpleasant, some don't have a window, the staff was rude and did not try to solve our problems at all. Lowest quality hotel you can find.

The hotel is 15 minutes away from railway station and exactly opposite to Bus stand. We were 4 friends . We took riksha from station which takes around 150 Rs. But go for some bargain. The hotel provides facility of sunrise check in option. We took that option(Rs.150 around for one room) while booking the stay which was worth. The hotel has its in built restaurant. Food quality was average. Very convenient check in/check out. Overall it was good experience.

This place is not good at all.... Rooms are dirty and not maintained. Linens are not clean, room walls are dirty. Food is tasteless. Overall it's not worth if you are paying 1500 for one room
