However, the staff’s promptness in addressing issues, like providing a bucket for bathing, was commendable. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially if you're looking for a warm and supportive hospitality experience.

The stay and food was nice and mark the expectations. The support staff are also very nice and prompt service. Nice jam in the restaurant with good songs. Will recommend to stay with family in the holy place. Great team work to maintain the cleanliness of this place.

Property is very nice very neat and clean. I am currently staying in this property. Since afternoon we had called thrice to reception regarding change of room as there is lot of noise from floor above us. Some renovation and construction work is going on. But reception is very indifferent for our problem. No response till now. My old father and son were not able to take rest due to this continuous sound. Hotel management does not seem to be empathetic.

Hotel is very good and comfortable and hotel staff specially kitchen staff Saurabh and Vijay is very nice and service is very good reception person are also responsible and cooperative person . Kitchen staff Sovan cook is very good behaviour and service.

Very poor service . No one receives the call on the reception and if else they receives then also the problem is not solved. We called for water 5 times but didn't served the water for 4.5 hours. Manager was so rude . The rooms and bathroom was not cleaned and the smoke smell was coming out from the room. We stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean the room.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were extremely good—spacious, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The ambience of the hotel is superb, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for both leisure and business stays. However, one downside was the meal service. While the food quality was fine, pre-booking meals turned out to be quite restrictive. There is no buffet option, and when you pre-book, you are limited to a fixed menu with several items made unavailable. For example, we weren’t allowed to order two different types of rice for our group of three, as they insisted we could only choose one type. This felt unnecessarily rigid, especially for a hotel of this standard. If you prefer more flexibility in dining, I would recommend not pre-booking meals and instead ordering à la carte during your stay.
