We stayed here for the second time. Location of the hotel is excellent. The room are very spacious. ||Raj Vinder Singhji (housekeeping) was very helpful. The food was excellent and all the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. You must have at least one meal at this hotel

The hotel is clean and comfy. Bed are clean, toilet are spacious. Amenities provided. I like their selections of food and breakfast. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. I had a good chat with Manpreet and Rizwan.

This hotel is in a great location. Very walkable to several great restaurants and shops in the "new" area of town. The common areas of the hotel are nice and very clean. The restaurant is great! Very food food! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and somewhat clean. We found hair and footprints on the floor as well as water splash marks on the bathroom facets and walls. The rooms really need more of a deep cleaning! The service is the absolute best! All staff were friendly and very welcoming! I gave 3 stars because the room smelled of mold and mildew. We were on the 3rd floor. The smell was worse on the 6th floor terrace area. I think there is a mold issue here that gave us headaches. Otherwise, it's a nice place!

I recently stayed at bloom boutique for three days, and I must express my disappointment with the breakfast services. Unfortunately, my experience was consistently unsatisfactory throughout my stay, leading me to rate this service a 000. Empty Food Boxes - on all three days, I encountered empty food boxes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Guests should not have to search for an adequate breakfast. Lack of Staff Presence - It was frustrating to find that the staff were rarely present on the floor. This fundamental issue made it necessary to hunt for assistance, which should never be the case in a hospitality setting. Management Oversight- It is clear that this is a management issue. The staff's performance directly reflects how they are trained and guided, and in my experience, they seemed ill-prepared to provide a basic breakfast service. Unclean Tables- Adding to the dissatisfaction, I noticed that the tables were not clean. Essentials such as knives, tissues, and water bottles were often missing, which detracted from the overall dining experience. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive point for improvement, as I believe that with the right management, bloom hotels can significantly enhance its guest experience.

My experience was very nice. The entire staff is very helpful and cooperative. We also got an early checkin.|Special thanks to Blessy, Basant,Varinder,Arush and Rohit!|Two suggestions: the room cleanliness should be improved and the taste of tea and coffee should also be enhanced.

Bloom Boutique at Ranjit Avenue is a decent hotel on Ranjit Avenue. It is close to many restaurants, pubs etc. Hotel is located around 5-6 kms from the Golden Temple. Pros: Good Location. Neat and clean rooms Close to many restaurants Cons: Service is not upto the mark. The food in the restaurant is good but the service is poor. In one instance, we had to leave the table and go to the restaurant next door due to no response from the staff. The hotel staff hadn't prepared the breakfast at 7:30 AM even though it is clearly mentioned that breakfast starts at 7:30AM. The next day, the staff also had forgot to provide us packed breakfast even though it was confirmed twice previous night. This was terrible as we had to catch an early morning flight. We were left with no option but eat pricey food at airport even though we had paid for the breakfast. There is a pub next door with live music till 10:30 or 11. You might have trouble sleeping if you are a light sleeper

This hotel used to be one of the best hotels to stay in amritsar. Staff used to be friendly and polite and rooms used to be perfect as those should be of a 4 star hotel but my recent visit changed my mind. Staff is not at all friendly and doesn’t even answer your query and just ignores. Moreover when i got inside the room, it felt like i was staying in a cheap hotel (paint on the wall was worn out and bathroom floor was wet). Stayed there for 2 hrs and this odour in room made it hard for me to stay any longer. So i checked out after staying for only 2 hrs. It doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel anymore

Food was very good , buffet and a la cate.Nice variety for item selection for buffet and a la carte.Good service at Buffet by Blessy and Basant and Barinder. Ambience and stay and overall good and enjoyable experience. |The hotel staff were courteous and always ready to help.
