To be very honest, I really liked it a lot. Every staff member was very nice, well-groomed, and professional. They spoke with great respect. The food quality was up to the mark — everything was very delicious. I truly appreciate their services. And I am happiest with their staff — the entire team, including the cab driver, dining staff, reception staff, and other senior staff members. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family .

The property is located at the centre which allows an easy access to all the major locations. The rooms and the hospitality is just on point. There are no complaints left and a special thanks to Sukun to help us with all iur requirements at the lounge. The staff is helpful and polite. Must visit to experience luxury along with peace.

We checked in on 21/04/25 We were assisted by Sagar sir. He is fantastic at his job and so approach able, all our adhoc requests were fullfilled by the staff supervised by him. Even the housekeeping were exceptional, mr Vanish and all of his team were really amazing and helpful too. From front desk to housekeeping to IT all did amazing, Keep it up so grateful for your services :) sorry I couldnt mention all the names however kudos to everyone :)

Beautiful and comfortable stay. With really good food and spread. Children were happy with the playing environment and swimming pool. Visited all the way from Assam. Was please to meet shivangi, manjot and paramjeet while checking out. They were really courteous towards us

This one s especially for Ms. Komalpreet, F&B services. She has been so kind and with all the love she was serving us food. My kids also loved the way she treated them. She is really going to excel in her career ahead. All the very best to her! And another for Mr. Jaswant,, the chef here, food is awesome all thanks to him. Really team is superb here, we are surely going to come to this hotel again.

We had an absolutely remarkable experience during my stay, thanks to the incredible hospitality provided by staff members Sonam and Soumyajit. Their warm and attentive service made us feel truly welcomed. If you're planning to visit Amritsar, this is undoubtedly the best place to stay. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommend! 🥰👌

Was lovely staying here, it was a short memorable trip …must have their breakfast as they have lots of variety for all. |All the staff were friendly and looked after us well. Had the pleasure of being served by Anu who was great and very friendly to my kids.
