The staff was helpful and polite. Loved the room comfortable and big enough for an extra bed. They provide regular water not mineral water in the rooms which seems better because you can ask for as many times as you want. All in all We had a great times

The breakfast was good and the Manager miss Ramandeep was friendly and very courteous.||If you're looking for authentic breakfast, here is the place to be! The restaurant is always bustling, but the service is quick and efficient. Their puri was perfectly crispy, and the idlis were soft and fluffy, served with a variety of flavorful chutneys. The highlight for me was their filter coffee, which had the perfect balance of strong and smooth flavors

Was a pleasant stay. Close to the golden temple. Excellent welcome and support from Ramandeep kour Room are good and spacious and the buffet breakfast spree was s very good with good amount of local food. They do proactively check for items that are left behind

Great service by all the members. Very good hotel with good rooms. Muchh appreciated hospitality by Ramandeep kaur, pramod, rohit at restaurant. We stayed with n family room with bathtub which was spacious and comfortable. We will surely book this hotel when next time we visit Amritsar.

I had a great experience at click collection Amritsar. The staff was courteous, check-in smooth, housekeeping efficient, and restaurant service excellent. The food was impressive, best buffet breakfast here and overall hospitality was commendable. A quicker response to room service and more personalized front desk interactions could further enhance the experience. Looking forward to visiting again!

The experience was really good at click collection hotels. The ambience of property was really nice at good price. There was a cafe on the ground floor and a restaurant with a bar on the top floor.
