Backpacker's Nest Hotel

The dorm itself is not so special, has all the basic amenities. But otherwise very nice hostel with a game room, cool and helpful owners, met some very interesting people here. Very clean dorms and bathrooms🌟. What makes this place special is it's location👍. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers looking to explore Amritsar.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The family room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. perfect for traveling with kids. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Golden Temple, which made our visit even more special. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Backpackers Nest was such a comforting and welcoming place to stay! The vibe is great, everything was clean and cozy, and it truly felt like a home away from home. A special thanks to Manav Sharma for going out of his way to help—his kindness and hospitality made all the difference. I had an amazing stay at Hotel Backpackers ! The rooms were spotless, modern, and super comfy. The staff, especially Mr.Arsh, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Always with a smile and great recommendations for local spots. The location is perfect for exploring as everything is just within a 1 km radius. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience during my stay here. All the main attractions, such as the Golden Temple, Durgiana Temple, and the local market, are within walking distance. The staff is incredibly humble and kind, providing great value for money. I would also like to mention Mr. Arsh, who was exceptionally supportive. When I had trouble finding the hotel, he explained all the routes to my taxi driver in a very polite manner. He was quick to resolve any queries I had.

Backpackers Nest Hotel is located at a perfect spot in Amritsar — everything is nearby! Major attractions like the Partition Museum, Jallianwala Bagh, and the Golden Temple are all within walking distance. Even famous dhabas are just a short walk away, and the auto stand is barely 50 meters from the hotel, making commuting very easy. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, although they could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. The staff, however, were very supportive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it’s a great budget-friendly option if you want a convenient and hassle-free stay near the heart of the city.

Hotel is really nice and the hotel is located at close to the Golden Temple which makes it very ideal for sightseeing. The staff is helpful and the private rooms were nice enough.

This is a budget friendly hotel which is located near the partition museum. What makes this hotel best is its location although it is located in the market on the hall gate road however it is away from the chaos of the crowd which comes to see jalanwala bagh and golden temple. Golden temple is just 600 to 700 mts away and Jalanwala bagh is also 400-500 mts away Amritsar junction is just 3km away Heritage street is very clean and well maintained so you wouldn't feel like you have walked to Golden temple and Jalanwala bagh. They don't serve food as they do not have kitchen of their own However you will be given free kits to make coffee and tea in your room with electric kettle. Water bottle you have to purchase from them. Rooms are spacious and clean although I found no cupboard to keep luggage and clothes. It has common dinning table and sofa in the lobby. You can order food from Zomato and Swiggy as this hotel allows it.
