Great property very near to the golden temple. The breakfast is okay. The staff is very nice. I travelled with my grandfather and all his dietary needs were met by the staff. We even got an early check in. |My grandfather needed assistance in many ways like wheelchair and bucket for bath, the staff accommodated us with everything. Good for senior citizens

A great place with friendly staff. The resturant staff Bhupinder Singh and Aman, Sandeep were very helpful when I asked for certain things. They always served diligently and with a smile. There a lot of choice for breakfast and it was very tasty. I would say it's the best breakfast range I have come across. The hotel is also lovely and in a central location to walk to the Golden Temple

Unprofessional Staff and Poor Service I recently stayed at country inn , and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. From the start, the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and acted as if they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging our presence. The room was not ready when we arrived, even though we checked in well after the listed check-in time. When we finally got into our room, it was clear it had not been properly cleaned. Throughout our stay, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Anytime we needed assistance, they seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. To make things worse, basic amenities were missing, and it took forever to get them addressed. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism and poor service made for a very unpleasant stay, and I will definitely be staying elsewhere next time. Very good service all round from housekeeping to resteraunt staff to reception staff. Genuinely friendly and accommodating. I been staying here regularly for a number of years. I would thoroughly recommend it.

by far the worst hotel we have stayed at. 1st night was pleasant after that every day there was major air-conditioning issue. the room became dampned and ac was not working on 2 nights. after complaining for several times they finally shifted us in the middle of night that is 3am. day 2 it is same struggle. i would not suggest this place to any 1 as we had booked the suit which is their best room as they call it. but worst for us. room gets super hot. and they keep saying it will be repaired give 15 min. we were put up in 101. which is also very noisy. u can hear the phone ring at the reception all the time and not to forget the management thinks it is okay to shift furniture in the middle of the night waking their guest.

If you're planning to stay at the Country Inn Hall of Heritage, it's important to set your expectations right. This is more of a 2-star experience, so don’t expect the amenities or service you would get from a 4 or 5-star hotel. We stayed in the **Superior Room with a work desk**, and the biggest downside was the **extremely small toilets**. It’s hard to overstate how cramped they are. When we calmly mentioned this at the reception, instead of acknowledging our feedback, they responded rather rudely, saying that they had even smaller bathrooms. This was quite disappointing and shows a serious lack of hospitality. Speaking of hospitality, **I’d rate it negatively**. The staff at the front desk didn't seem trained in customer service and were outright dismissive of concerns. On the bright side, **the food at the restaurant on the 6th floor was outstanding**. The breakfast was delicious, and the waiters were warm, attentive, and made the dining experience very pleasant. I would give a **5/5 for the breakfast and restaurant service**. However, there were additional issues like the **fridge not working** in the room, which added to the inconvenience. Moreover, the **checkout process was frustrating**—they spent an extra 45 minutes checking bedsheets, the fridge, the kettle, and everything else in the room. If you have a flight or train to catch, I’d recommend budgeting in this additional time. Overall, while the food and dining experience are top-notch, the lack of hospitality and subpar room facilities make it difficult to recommend this hotel. **-1 for hospitality, 5/5 for food.**

This is best located hotel in Amritsar, their breakfast buffet is worth visiting again. True to their name, services are excellent. Situated in the heart of the city, just 1km away from golden temple.The resturant zaffran was beautiful with professional staff ⚕️

The hotel provides very comfortable stay. miss amandeep kaur very kind and and helpful and polite. The food quality is excellent. The rooms are very clean. The hygiene is properly maintained. The restaurant services are amazing. This was my second time stay at this property and was a very good experience.
