Excellent Service & Hospitality – A Great Experience Despite a Hiccup We had a great experience at this hotel, thanks largely to the professionalism and care shown by the manager Mr. Sikandar and his staff. When we arrived, we were informed that the specific room we had booked was unexpectedly unavailable. While this could have been a frustrating situation, the manager handled it with genuine concern and efficiency. They immediately arranged for an alternative room that was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. To make up for the inconvenience, they also offered complimentary food services and extended a generous discount, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The staff throughout our stay were attentive, polite, and always willing to assist. It’s rare to find such a level of service, and it made all the difference in turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Highly recommended for their excellent customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. We’ll definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Country Inn. I had originally booked a Superior room, but was pleasantly upgraded to a Deluxe room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel also provides basement parking, which made it really convenient and hassle-free. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. With good amenities, a smooth check-in process, and thoughtful service, my stay was truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family trips.

The hotel is very good. Staying with family is a good experience there. Staffs are all well behaved. But, I had issue with quality of food they offer. They have priced the items quite high with respect to the quality. Yes, they provide these things in good quantity but they should work on quality. In breakfast they provide plenty of food but not the variety. They should work on food quality. Otherwise if one is good at choosing food outside, country INN is a good hotel with good vibes to stay in. I will recommend this hotel with family. Happy staying there. They provide warm welcome. Absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-appointed. Staff was courteous and went out of their way to help. The location was perfect—close to Golden temple and other tourist attractions. Smooth check-in, great amenities, and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Check-in was quick and efficient, which was a relief after a long day of travel. One of the standout features is their basement parking with a car lift — a real gem in such a congested part of the city. It gave us peace of mind knowing the car was secure and away from the traffic madness outside. The staff was courteous, helpful, and responsive, and the service across the hotel was smooth. The real treat, though, was the food — the top-floor restaurant offers excellent meals with great views. Whether it's breakfast or dinner, the taste and quality were consistently impressive. Another plus — e-rickshaws are easily available right at the hotel entrance, making it convenient to get around. But a word of caution: avoid visiting the shopping spots or local attractions suggested by e-rickshaw drivers. These are usually commission-based tie-ups, where you’re nudged to buy things you don’t really need — with offers of discounts or “special deals.” It’s a tourist trap best sidestepped. Stick to your own plan or explore trusted locations. Overall, Country Inn Hall of Heritage offers a peaceful, well-managed stay in the heart of Amritsar — ideal for those who want comfort, safety for their vehicle, and good food, while staying close to major attractions like the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh.
