Amritara Kirpa, Amritsar

Fantastic rooms. Excellent staff, (from Mr. Thakur and Urvashi at the reception to Aman and Chandni at the restaurant), the staff here are helpful and absolutely fantastic. The food tastes very good if ordered A La Carte. However the breakfast spread is awful. Everyday the same food-something south Indian and boring puri sabzi/paratha. Very unimaginative and disappointing especially because they have great chefs. The hotel has NO parking and is literally on a busy market street. So if you are driving down, this is not an ideal place to pick. The hotel has a lift but to get from the road to the reception there is a steep climb up some 11-12 stairs. The lift only goes to the 4th floor and not the rooftop restaurant so many more steep stairs to get to breakfast every morning. The location is very close to the Golden Temple. Overall a good stay and I would strongly recommend this place if you are travelling without elderly members and without your own vehicle.

Excellent service given by Ms.Chandni in the restaurant. Food was good and had sufficient variety to choose from. Reception service too was very good. The receptionist was kind and guided us well when asked. Overall the hotel room and the hotel is good and near with the only drawback being the compulsory use of stair cases for entry as well as to get to the restaurant which becomes a little challenging for senior citizens.

On a visit to Amritsar, I stayed at Amritara Kirpa. The hotel is located in the hall bazaar and is a well maintained hotel giving a comfortable stay. The breakfast is simple and tasty with multiple options everyday. The staff at the hotel as well as the restaurant is very good, responsive and courteous. A good property to stay on your visit to Amritsar as markets and temple are very nearby. Shout out to Sanjay, Chandni, Raghu and Parveen who make the guests stay pleasant with impeccable service.

Hotel was good. Rooms are clean neat and clean. Size of rooms was average or little bit small but they provide all useful. amenities. The hotel was very quiet. They provide car parking also. Separate parking available in front of their another hotel 'amritara sadka' located at just 50 meter from hotel. Hotel staff were very kalm and kind. Golden temple was arround 1.5 km from hotel. Overall very good experience.

I stayed in AMRITARA KIRPA from 28th to 30th April 2025. Rating of Hotel is exaggerated since it's not more than 3 star category. Basic amenities are not there like Car Parking, Reception Area, Games, Spa, Gym, Buffet breakfast, Restaurant Area, crowded market place location, etc. In the name of High Tea only Tea and two cookies were given in the Evening. However Staff is polite.

Stayed for 2 days. Good room and toilet and comfortable stay at amritara kripa. Staff Ashwarya was helpful and good at reception, and Ashish & Aman at restaurant. Also room arranging staff Jasmeeth kaur was very helpful. Thank you all staffs. Hotel is 1-2 Km from Golden temple. It is a small hotel but overall a Nice place to stay. I recommend this hotel.

1. Excellent Service from the hospitality desk 2. Excellent Room Service 3. The Rooms do not have adequate wardrobe space. 4. The storage areas are conjusted 5. Entrance is too steep, and without railings on one side. 6. Hotel not suitable for children and elderly. 7. The stairs to the restaurant are very dangerous

Very hospitable staff. Special shout out to Aman Choudhury , who looked after all our dining needs and was proactive and extremely hospitable. Food was good and response to our requests was prompt. Overall a great experience. The hotel is located close to all tourist interests but in the centre of a busy street.
