Hotel Parkside Grand Navjyoti

Rooms were very dirty full of small cockroaches and also rats My back pack was bitten by rats. They made a hole in my back pack. Blankets were stinking Doors of bathrooms fully rotten. Never seen such a dirty hotel room. Plz avoid this hotel.

Good staff and hospitality is best location is best ,all interiors is premium quality ,best hotel in low budget . I'm giving a 5/5 ⭐ Great stay at the place. All the staff members were very polite. Manager sushant singh is Very helpful , as well whenever I needed any thing they provided everything as soon as possible . Great stay at the place. All the staff members were very polite. Very helpful as well whenever I needed any thing within 10 minutes I would get the help and resolve my query. The room was clean the surrounding and the hygiene was also good at hotel.

I had very worst experience here! I ll not recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the trip. Rooms are not clean. TVs don't work properly. Wifi network strength is worst. Toilets are stingy and on top of that, there are top many cockroaches in the room. I stayed here with my wife for a day and had very bad experience as the hotel staff did not look to sort out any complain. We had to check out early morning and search for other hotels.

It is worst hotel room condition as well as services.... Poor service, AC not working properly, there are hell lot of cockroaches in room & washroom. Will never recommend
