The rooms are just as clean as they appear in the picture. The staff is helpful and kind. Miss Sheetal, the property's general manager, is incredibly kind and helpful.

We had planned our 2 day visit to Amritsar. The hotel is nice and clean with all amenities. Rooms were clean and cozy. We had very limited interactions with the staff, but they were nice and good. The only issue may be with the hotel, would be its location. The hotel is good 1 km away from the main location but e rickshaws and autos available all the time making it easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel as the pricing is also good.

Worst experience. We stayed here overnight & breakfast was included in our package. However when we went for breakfast, there was no food available the containers were all empty. We waited for a long time while the staff kept saying they were preparing food, but nothing was actually served. Along with us, 4-5 other families were also waiting but no solution was provided. We were charged ₹5,784 for two rooms and five people, including breakfast. Despite raising our concern with Mr. Ravi, no action was taken. Given that they had prior bookings, they should have been better prepared. When we inquired in the kitchen, we were told that the chef had left and were asked, “What do you want?” We requested anything that could be prepared quickly & they offered parathas. However, they then said they usually charge for them despite the fact that breakfast was supposed to be included. When the parathas finally arrived, they were half-cooked and lacked masala. The hotel lacks proper parking also. I parked in front of the hotel at night around 10 PM after their security guard approved it. However, in the morning, a shopkeeper started yelling at me for parking there. We literally fought there. None of the rooms have windows & they even have rooms in the basement. On the positive side, the room size is quite good, & WiFi, AC, and washrooms were clean and functional. However, the staff was unprofessional and the overall experience was disappointing. The costing i paid is much higher than the service they give. Not recommended!

Positive: Brand new hotel. Great location, Prompt service, Clean. AC/Fan worked great. Rooftop was a welcome change for breakfast. Areas of Improvement: Towel’s fiber got stuck to face every time we wiped with it so May be hotel should change the quality of their towel. Will I use this hotel again? Yes.

The hotel staff is completely useless, I had booked this for my parents, they called the concerned person ‘Palash’ for the update but he was not available and after repeated attempts the call was attended and still this guy was rude as if it was not his problem to care about the customers and when asked about the location he guided them wrong and after that my parents had to call multiple people all of them not ready to even guide them properly and the reception is very bad no one is helping , they are not even helping them to park their car in the busy areas . The lift is bad and it hangs when the electricity is out. It’s completely dangerous. They have completely ruined the experience and my parents have travelled and I am getting stressed for them. I request people not to book this property it’s not cheap and not even getting 1% of the service what we’ve paid for. This is a sincere feedback and must be taken seriously
