Rooms quality are good, but bedsheets , towel and blanket are dirty and smelly. Water quality is very bad ,h however matress was so comfortable . Very rude staff they no manners and etiquette to talk however the experience was good

My recent stay at Hotel M.A International was enjoyable overall. The staff's behavior was exemplary, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness throughout my visit. The bathrooms were consistently clean, contributing to a pleasant stay experience. Their helpful attitude further enhanced the quality of service provided. However, it's worth noting that there was no wifi available in the rooms, which may inconvenience some guests who rely on internet access during their stay. Additionally, the absence of extra amenities such as a shop or extra towels in the rooms could be improved upon to enhance guest convenience and comfort. Despite these minor shortcomings, I still had a positive experience at Hotel M.A International and would consider staying again in the future.

One of the worst hotel in Amritsar. Ideally I don't want to give 1 star also. Very Congested n dirty rooms with dirty bathroom. Food quality very poor. Staff service 0 marks. Inspite of telling while booking they didn't give us AC remote. It's in Managers hands. U have to call him everytime even in midnight to start or to stop ur AC . Disgusting. Never ever choose for family .

Very nice hotel, superb, we can recommend to everyone, hotel management is very nice and kind, we were supposed reach by 10pm but reached by 1:30am but still hotel people were alive and offered very taste good to everyone, the way they received us was very nice.. Rooms are good and well maintained and service is good, location is good
