Sarovar Premiere Amritsar

Me and my husband along with our 8 month baby stayed at Sarovar Premiere Amritsar for 3 nights. We had an amazing experience staying at the property as well as interacting with the entire staff. The hotel has a great location and you are actually staying in the heart of the city. They also provide complimentary drop-off to Golden Temple. The staff is very courteous & kid loving. Rajbeer helped us in providing room with a good view from the balcony. Kashish & Mehak at front desk are very courteous in managing the kids. Kashish made our baby very comfortable at the hotel and made him feel home. The food is also very delicious with decent spread at there buffet. Chef Khajaan Singh along with the dine-in staff Nandini & Dipti provided great service and food. They also offered to provide baby food as and how required. Baby crib is also available upon request.||Overall, a highly recommended property for a comfortable stay in Amritsar.

Our stay at Sarovar Premiere , Amritsar was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service. We stayed in the Prime Suite, which was elegantly designed, comfortable, and equipped with a luxurious Bathtub. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the hotel delivered a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable hospitality. Highly recommended!

Lovely ambiance and hospitality! The breafast buffet had all cuisine varieties. The hotel itself feels like a Mahal/Fort. We stayed in premium room which had a huge balcony facing the garden. It felt like we are staying at a royal abode. Would love to stay here if I visit Amritsar again!!

The staff(Specially Mehekdeep, Abhay and Kashish ) went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming experience. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous, helpful, and attentive to every need. The hotel’s restaurant offered a delicious variety of food, and the quality of the meals was exceptional – both in terms of taste and presentation. Special thanks to Khajan and Dipti. What really stood out was the location. It’s centrally located, with easy access to the Golden Temple and other key attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Sarovar Premiere Amritsar to anyone visiting the city. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Definitely worth a 5-star rating!

Not value for money, staff is not trained properly as per 5 star standards. Managers are not bothered to meet the guest after complain. I wanted to meet the GM Menon which the staff told that he is busy and never met me while we stayed for 2 nights which shows that GM of the property is not bothered for the guests. The breakfast buffet was very limited if we compare to other five star hotels. Basic things were missing which shows the hotel is not operational properly. You have to give reminder many time to get basic things. Very poor service and management.

Pristine, Classy and Awesome. Room was better than expected. Balcony - Mark my words and take room with Balcony view. Food - Delicious and enough spread to tantalize your taste buds. Staff - Courteous and always there for you. Highly recommend and a must if you wanna stay with family or friends.
