Hotel M City

It is okay for a one day stay, the room we were given was not cleaned for ages. Each furniture had atleast 1cm thick layer of soot. Apart from that, the bathroom was clean, hot water was available, staff was helpful. Toiletries were provided after asking for it. Taxi services are available. Hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and pvt bus stops.

The Hotel is located exactly opposite to the station. The staff is very friendly. We stayed there for 3 days. Though it was a small room it was clean and tidy. The only thing that I didn't like was when they overcharged me for a couple of hours post our check out time. We had to catch a train at 6 pm and since we had a baby with us we asked for an extension. Initially, they told us that we could extend upto 2pm without any additional charge. I asked to checkout by 5.30 and they agreed. During our checkout we paid an additional 500 Rs for 3.5 hours which was way too much as compared to a days charge of 900 Rs..

The most pleasant thing about the hotel was its proximity from the station. Just walkable. It was a small and a clean hotel, they didn't charge unnecessarily. Tea, mineral water was all complimentary. Though this is a kitchen less hotel but right at the corner is amazing Kundan dhaba serving very tasty and reasonable food. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. We had to checkout by 12pm and our train was at 4:50pm, they still allowed us to be there until 4:30 without charging extra. Avneet and his dad are the owners and they really tried providing good facility along with their staff. No doubt I got a very good deal from MakeMyTrip which made entire experience hassle-free and smooth. Thank you.

This is a wonderful place to stay and it really is Amritsar best kept secret! We have just stayed here for 2 nights and the lovely men who work on Reception provide the most warm, kind, helpful, top quality service. The rooms are spotlessly crisp and clean and the hotel is a close walk to town. We had 2 nights of good undisturbed sleep. We will definitely return, the price is a total bargain and everything about our stay was total perfection 🤗||Like

The owner is understanding and accommodating nature.the cleanliness of the rooms is unsatisfactory. Need improvement in hospitality. The staff seemed lazy and uninterested in providing a comprehensive service. Additionally, I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, making it less suitable for families.

I have stayed at this place numerous time and every time I find a new home as they keep on upgrading their services. A very good hotel for a short stay in Amritsar. We were a large group of 11 people, so we booked 4 deluxe rooms. The price was super cheap (~350 per person) considering the facilities and quality of the rooms. The hotel is just a 5 min walk away from the Amritsar junction, so no hassle for autos/cabs. The rooms are on the smaller side but comes with tv, air-conditioning, and other basic necessities. There are no food options inside the hotel but there are multiple restaurants and dhabas nearby including pure veg ones. Overall a great stay for the price.

I have been to Amritsar with my family and im glad that i got chance to stay this hotel..it is one of the best hotel i ever stayed in india. Staff was really helpful and supportive with all the suggestions we required ti explore the holy city of punjab. Great experience definitely recommend to stay at this place.
