Hotel Mint Park Maple

the location of the hotel is very good..most of the attractions are near. rooms are well kept and well equipped too. breakfast has ample variety and the taste is very good. we had dinner also the quality and quantity is good. thank you Mr. Satish from front desk for all the help. keep up the good work.

Checked in around 6 PM (standard room) , informed 1 hour before checkin. Rooms was so small and not even a rectangular room , bed was not straight , worst room. But this is just the starting. Found no towels in bathroom , called for towels and didn't receive it for next 30 mins. Called again then they sent. No hot water was coming in bathroom and I informed reception , no person was sent for next 40 mins , I went down to reception and they sent a boy , he was arguing that keep the tap open for 15 mins then hot water will come. that means I have to waste lot of water and bathroom door proudly shows the poster of don't waste water. Highly agitated by this. Then comes next , I asked for a plate and spoon , which didn't come for next 30 mins. Reached again downstairs and finally they sent after 15 mins. At that point I felt like booking another hotel. But here I paid 2700 per night and what an experience I got. I requested for a heater before sleeping which they agreed but that never came to my room and I felt asleep. Dirty and worst hotel I was living in. Next morning breakfast buffet was okayish. Then I requested for the water in the room which never came and I checked out at 11 AM. Staff is too lazy to work. I suggest to book an OYO worth1200 over this hotel which is charging twice for such experience. And yes quilt was dirty which I noticed in the morning.|P S : I am an IES officer , working in Ministry of Communications.

As we visited in the winter when we had to take bath also the water was just warm and not hot.||||The room is neat by the pillows, bedsheets and towels were not very neatly maintained. ||||The food is the worst. Breakfast had very less options. There was boiled egg, poha, puri and idli, cornflakes and bread. ||||Idli was very bad. Puri had a weird oil smell and even though we ordered omelette, they never got it and no one was there to attend as well. We skipped that and since no one was there we couldnt have our coffee and tea and checked out. ||||Not worth the money you pay. U get better options I guess. Pls choose wisely.

Liked · Place is well located near to the railway station. I find it easy to access this place once after I arrive from Chandigarh. Staff welcomed me at 10 and he also offered me assistance in finding the Hotel for the Dinner. During my entire stay of 3 days, I was obtaining excellent support and care from the staff. Room is quite big and they are really good for stay. Disliked · Nothing much to complain about. But few things additional would have made my trip even more better. - Bathroom amenities can be better - In room support guide for usage of Wifi, Tv etc. - Hot water provision is not specified - Adding a Floor matt would be better for restroom.

The room smelled bad. The bedsheets had stains on them. There were chocolate wrappers on the bed and under it. Even the toilet had not been cleaned. I asked the staff to change the sheets but even after an hour no one came to do it. I finally left the hotel only after 2 hours of checking in. Horrible experience and total waste of money.

If I could rate this hotel with Zero stars I would. I travelled from Ireland to stay in this hotel. I was with family, 9 in total. We checked into our rooms and checked straight out again. I feel like my pictures will explain how horrified I was walking into this hotel. I can't even explain how awhful the smell of dampness and rot was. Surely it's not safe for anyones health staying there, let alone work in that environment everyday. The dirt of the walls and windows were dreadful. One of the walls actually looks like it had dried blood running down it. The holes on the ceiling and of course the damp and mould stains were appalling. I have no idea how this hotel is even allowed to be open. We had booked 4 rooms, all of the beds had stained, dirty and damp bed sheets and they refused to even change them until the house cleaning staff arrived. Needless to say we checked out as soon as we got in there. Not impressed at all and very disappointed. I just read your response to my review. I noticed that you send a generic message to all your reviews. Which is even more disappointing. If you valued your customers opinions you should at least personalise the individual messages. Unless you renovate the whole hotel there is no way the issues I have put up have been resolved in 1 day, and again, there is no way that this is a once off issue.

I have booked this hotel via Goibibo website for 2 days. And we were 3 person I total. The management has provided us 3rd bed like this. Moreover rooms were having some kind of pungent (seepage) smell coming from walls. Washrooms are very dirty. Additionally they have provided us with wet towels. On complaining Goibibo, they didn’t accept their mistake, neither took any action and their executive advices us to read full terms and conditions before booking. Never book anything from Goibibo. And please don’t book this hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in Amritsar.||||Thanks for making our visit to Mint Park Maple that much better.
