FabExpress Royal Residency Suites - 100% Safe Place to Stay

The property is approximately 500m from the railway station and connectivity to other parts of the city is quite good from here. We had booked a family room and it was quite spacious and had all the required amenities. The hotel was really clean and the linen was spotless. The hotel is right next to the Kundan Dhaba which serves delicious kulchas and a variety of sweets and lassi too. The only bummer is the breakfast they serve here, which comprises of only aloo paratha and tea/coffee. But the manager is a very nice man and he booked us an Etios car at the last moment for our Manali trip from Amritsar.

Pathetic place to stay. They don't have a proper house keeping staff. We were allotted a room which was way too small. The washroom was not cleaned properly. Food was very very bad. Only 2-3 people handling the entire work at the hotel. Pay more but stay at a better place. Not here.

Good hotel with grt staff and u can have good and tasty food and it is near by railway station and tourist destination. And onw amazing thing is that if are a painting lover then the paintings which all are in the room will attract you more.And hotel owner is good guy and room service person is also good in his service and the girl in the reception is too good and smooth checked in done by her checked in experience is awsm.This hotel really good and amazing and i can make your travel to good. Thanks to all again i will visit at this place and always suggest people and friends to visit this hotel. Again thanks.

Please do not book this hotel due to few reasons i.e. in room you need to check if geezer is working fine or not also there is no kettle in room for hot water mainly for your child. When i called this property before my visit they told me for breakfast we will get buffet its not like that you will get just potato pratha with some soil in it as well as those were not cooked and bread butter where they put too much of butter. Also if in case you are tired and would like to have lunch or dinner in room they will give you pathetic food.

Worst Experience, Earliest it was know as Prince residency due to worst service and review from Client they are pressurized to change Hotel name to make people fool. If you are planning to visit Amritsar with "family " Please don't book , because it's not a family hotel. If suppose that you book this hotel they pray to God for safe stay. Don't choose their breakfast service it's not a proper restaurant or Hotel service they will provide only Paratha without Potato. Overall it's not a proper hotel for family for bachelor it's good cheap and no restrictions. All the best and safe stay.

Good hotel, very close to amritsar railway station.rooms are very good. there is no separate cloak room but they have foldable compartments which can be turned into rooms(cabin room) . They keep ur luggage there for additional 300 rs. U can even opt for that room for 700 bugs if u want to rest for sometime. Food a bit costly as they order it from somewhere else. One bad thing is they don't accept card.

Pathetic hotel, worst room service, they make the guest wait for almost an hour stating that they are preparing the room in-spite of prior booking. Receptionist does not know the meaning of customer service and she talked in rude manner when cross questioned about no water in washrooms. Inter comm not working. No light. Washrooms/Bathrooms have transparent window pane. Would suggest nobody to go for this hotel. This hotel will actually memorize your trip for all wrong reasons. Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Polite and efficient staff.T he hotel is perfect in terms of pricing. Although the hotel is not a 5-star hotel, I will not expect anything in terms of the price offered. The hotel is perfect for people who are looking for a budget-friendly hotel. And the best part is the hotel is very near to railway station. The hotel is close to most places that one must visit in Amritsar. The hotel has all the basic facilities that everyone needs.
