Had there been an option, i would have rated it negative 5 star to this pathetic excuse of a so called hotel. The rooms are extremely dirty and the bedsheets are almost slimy and sticky with stains. Very disgusting. Also the staff is very rude and doesn't help by any means. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

Had been staying in this property from last five six years but this time is the last time we are going to stay here. The bed sheets were stained room were not clean they have no tv network according to them they have disconnected the cable of the tv network. I don't know how long they will survive by this kind of service and attitude. I don't know if my feedback would be even taken because The GM responds only to 5 Star reviews. Do not book this hotel.

Golden Temple is walkable from Hotel. Rooms are very well maintained. Staff and their service both are very good. Food is also mouth watering. Overall very nice stay.

I was dropped off at the hotel by our driver, only to have to call them back and get another hotel. The bedding and towels were stained. There were cockroaches in my room. There were dirt stains all over the walls. Before deciding to leave, I asked to change rooms. All the rooms they showed me had dirty walls and dirty bedding. I finally decided to not stay at all.

😢: That was not the first time I was staying there, but the standard and quality decreased this time, rooms were not that much clean, basic facilities like few lights, refregirator and T.V was not working, even the staff was not cooperative and that was completely different from last time..

This review is a genuine review without any bias. Actually, this hotel does not deserve any positive review except for its location which is at walkable distance from the most famous Golden Temple. Check-in and Room Experience: I checked in on 21 March for one day which I thank myself that I choose to stay for one day. My check-in experience is too bad. I checked in the evening with my family and was too much tired. Despite the hotel room was pre booked, they did not provide me the room which I requested for. There is no balcony in the room (pretty much looks like a couple room). Washroom was too dirty even water was clogged in the basin. It was not cleaned at all prior to hand over. When I showed the images at the reception, they started defending. Staff: Staff is very pathetic and non cooperative. Food: Despite of pre booked Jain meal, they did not provide it saying they were not informed by myself. I thank myself that I choose only breakfast which was again a pathetic experience. I respect food always and do not waste it but on that day the bread toast which they prepared on my repetitive requests, they served burnt one which one can not even eat. Safety: I checked out on 22 morning (one hour before the check out time). I was in hurry as I had to catch up a transport, I missed my jeans trouser (which is an expensive one) inside the wardrobe on my room. When I arrived at home and couldn't find it in my luggage, I called up them and requested them to check with their staff but they said there was nothing left inside the room. I asked them to check one more time inside the same room and access the CCTV footage to validate the facts, but in vein, even though, I am so sure that I had kept it inside the wardrobe. So from safety point of view, premises is completely unsafe and untrustworthy. Parking: No ample space for parking a car as the premises is located in main bazar.

Having a good experience with all kind staff . Must recommend this hotel nearer to Golden Temple...not more then 5 Min walking distance from hotel. Foods are really very good and they have also served food for my baby with special care. Thanks to all staffs for their cooperation and Support. Special thanks to Navdeep, Raman, Kamal, Karan, Dhrove, Anu, Ramanand and all other cleaning staffs as well. Thanks Gyuz for all your Support.

Amritsar Grand: Label Says “Grand level UP,” But It’s Actually a tiny and Level Down If you’re okay with dirty rooms, bad service, and a super crowded location, then this hotel might be for you. But for anyone else, avoid it. The hotel is in such a narrow lane that even taxis refuse to come there. Only a rickshaw can get through. From the outside, it doesn’t even look like a hotel. The reception is a mess—different people keep sitting there, and no one really knows who’s in charge. Staff say one thing, the receptionist says another. The rooms are in terrible condition. Walls are stained, desks are broken, bedsheets have marks, and the toilet smells and has stains all over (photos attached). There are no proper facilities, and the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was a TV in the room, but it didn’t work. When I asked, they said the dish wasn’t working and they were fixing it. But after 24 hours, nothing changed. Clearly, they just don’t have a working TV connection. Breakfast is just a cover-up—tasteless, no hygiene, and very limited variety. Only basic items like bread, dalia, vermicelli, and poori chole (which didn’t even taste good). The dining room was also in poor shape, with water leaking from the ceiling while we were eating. Don’t trust the fake reviews or the photos online—the real condition of the hotel is completely different. What you see on the internet is far from reality. This place is not a real hotel. It’s dirty, unorganized, and poorly located. Save yourself the trouble—stay somewhere else.
