Most worst experience ever had. Never seen such a horrible service ever. Those managing in the reception was very rude. The area where the food was served was in an terrace and rain water was alll around. Food was soo bad that few in our family fell ill. Never opt for this hotel. You will lose the value for money and will be disappointed for staying here. AC was switched off regularly. Water geyser was switched off and not allowed on day 1 of our 2 day stay here. For heaven's sake and humble request do not stay here.

I have find this hotel the most prettiest luxurious hotel in Amritsar... Other hotels are worse.. but this hotel is wholesome💗💗💗💗💗💗💗❣️❣️❣️💗💗💗 in my view this is the best hotel inn near golden temple. . if someone is reading this review section......i Advise you to take this hotel you will find this hotel really luxury and with really kind staff.... Worst experience, Hotel staff is not supportive. There is no window in rooms. Shock coming from geyser I stayed for 2 days.One day booking was done by my travel company 2500 Rs/Day with diner &breakfast & for second day I booked by my own at 1450 Rs/Day without dinner and breakfast. We can say that they are charging 1050 Rs for one dinner and one breakfast. They are not agreed to shift my breakfast. AC not provided even in this charge by staff. Hotel staff every time calling someone for each small decision. Don't ever go to this hotel.

I reached there and asked about the chef special, Chef Jagdish came to me and confirmed that I am satisfied with anything he makes. He made the best Loki ki Sabzi of my life. I thank the hotel's General Manager Sanjay Ranjan and Chef Jagdish from the bottom of my heart.

Looks like a good hotel, however it is not. Has poor service (ek chej ke liye bolana padata hai like water, towel,bath shop, gijar, ac ). No toiletries provided.No window in room. Aircon not working. Beds are small. I am 5.5, and my legs were out of bed. Please do check the bed size if you are taller than 5’3”. The bed sheets n pillow covers not clean. Hair all over . I won’t recommend for anyone. However , if you want to stay, make sure above issues are checked .

Located at a dirty lane near to bus stand. Rooms are moderately spacious. But lower floor rooms doesn't have windows. Toilets are leaking water in rooms. When we asked staffs about this problem or not having towels and soaps in rooms, at first they tried to justify the same. No proper restaurant is included in the hotel. So, if you have any other and better option, you should give that a priority over this hotel.
