Hotel Sallow Royal Suites by Zorg Hotels

Loved this place! The rooftop pool is awesome with great views, and the whole vibe of the property is super chill. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Rooms were clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The food was surprisingly good too — definitely try the breakfast! It’s in a good spot, easy to get around. Overall, just a really great experience. Would totally stay here again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Sallow Royal Suites in Amritsar and found the experience to be a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short drive from the Golden Temple and other key attractions. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean, and the rooftop terrace and pool added a nice touch, especially in the evenings. Some staff members were courteous and helpful, but service quality was inconsistent, with slow responses to basic requests. Housekeeping could be better—there were issues with cleanliness, missing toiletries, and occasional maintenance problems like faulty geysers. The breakfast was decent, and the in-house restaurant had a good variety of options. However, payment issues (limited card support) and insecure parking were inconvenient. Overall, it’s a reasonably priced hotel that works well for short stays, especially for families or groups, as long as you’re not expecting luxury-level service

Overall my experience at hotel was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. It's a true Haven of luxury and relaxation and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and pampered getaway. Hotel was near golden temple. Very neat and clean. Staff was very helpful.

I have stayed in 150-200 hotels throughout India and outside also, this is the worst hotel I have ever visited. In every aspect, this hotel is the worst. Rooms are not cleaned. Hot water is not available during any hour during the day. Room key gets locked every now and then, unfortunately no room service available. Food waste, used plates are lying infront of rooms for days together. Never ever imagine visiting this hotel.

It was not a very good experience to stay over there as I have booked this property while confirming the lift is working over there because my mother was coming with me and she cannot climb the stairs. However, as soon as we entered into the property, it was not working and we have given the rooms on second floor, so she needs to climb the stairs and come down, and it was very difficult for her, and then another bad incident happened while we came back at the night, one of my room where the toilet flesh is not working, and I came to know it at the moment when we were super tired and we just want to sleep over I asked them to repair it. They said we don’t have any option right now. I told them to replace my room on the same floor. As my family is there, they refuse. They said it can only be placed with another floor on third floor, so I decided not to change the room and managed somehow. However, even the breakfast not was so pleasant, I confirmed at the time of booking with the people that whether they have omelette in the breakfast and they said yes for the breakfast, it was not there so overall it is not a very good experience. I strongly not recommended.
