Hotel Infa - Hotel Near Golden Temple

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. No one came for my luggage in afternoon even 3 person in reception area but no one help me and instantly asking for payment Condition of room so baad cleaning not done also there was a smell in rooms. The hotel have no parking and hotel is located in streets. There was no chef in hotel when I ask for food in evening they tell me there was no chef in hotel so you can order online Even 5 times I ask for bucket and mug then they'll provide me There was no towel I recommend to everyone dharmshals is far better than this hotel. Please don't book this hotel

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Infa. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

Very close to the partition museum, in an alleyway. Short walk to the golden temple. Stayed in a suite. Room was clean and we had hot water. Some confusion about whether breakfast was room service or buffet but all was fine once that was resolved.

Very good location to visit Golden Temple. Friendly and polite staff. Good to have room service available. Have nice rooftop restaurant available but unfortunately it was unsure maintenance.

I booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary and the hotel said they would decorate our room and was told on the 9th July. The hotel staff kept asking for our passport and kept calling and annoying us. Location was hard to find and no one knew where it was. Room wasn’t cleaned once since we got here and they said we get a bottle of water each day but nothing was given! DO NOT STAY HERE

Very bad experience . They do not check the reservations done online I bool a super deluxe room and I was offered normal room and then I asked them to change it Moreover on the email it says checkout time is 1pm still the receptionist called multiple times to do a warly check out as there are other bookings ... worst experience .... never going to stay here

We stays for two days and the stay was comfortable ,and the walkable distance and very near to golden temle,hotel staff is very coprative or provided amanities,the rooms are very neat and clean but room size is little bit smaller,prabhjotis working on reception and she is very humble and polite daily with customer

Room was neet and clean. Supporting Staff. Very well service Gave by hotel.walking distance between Hotel and Temple . Overall Good experience.
