Hotel Infa - Hotel Near Golden Temple

As a local google guide. I will rate this hotel 4 out of 5. Rooms are good. The price and location is also good but the service is the problem. They are not professional. You have to carry your own luggage and if you order something they just buy from a nearby store and send it to your room by charging you more than 4 times. Good for a short stay. They charged us ₹. 500/- extra for just changing the outfits. We were in the hotel for 2 days. At the checkout they charged us ₹. 500/- extra which is not acceptable and poor service.

Make sure you get the category of room you book. Do check the room properly. We got our room dirty and even shower fallout... Rooms and corridor smelled awful In name of cleaning they just arrange the same old bedsheet and towels

Hotel Infa offers a warm and welcoming experience, thanks to its friendly staff. The services provided are top-notch, and the food is truly excellent, making dining a delightful experience. While the rooms are smaller than expected and lack windows, the well-maintained amenities make up for it. The hotel's location is another plus—it's conveniently close to the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and the local market. However, the entrance can be a bit tricky to locate as it's tucked behind another building. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

It was overall an amazing experience at Infa!! 🫶🫶 Start from the time I checked in, staff at the reception was really kind and helpful : ) The cleanliness of rooms and the services they provide are really up to the mark and instant :: )) I visited this place as a solo traveller and they made me feel so safe in and out ❤️❤️❤️ The best part of the hotel is it is at the most prime location which covers the maximum of the tourism and quite close from the airport !! I highly recommend HOTEL INFA to each one out there who’s visiting Amritsar 💯 Love love love to everyone at INFA 🫶🫶🫶 and a special thanks to “T A R U N” who arranged it all and made it so safe and one of the best experiences for me 😇😇

Good hotel at reasonable rate in Amritsar. Good food in restaurant. Though faced some issues like : - Hot water not available on 1st day in bathrooms, issue fixed on Day 2. - Breakfast gets served quite late, at 9 am, even though it was confirmed that it will be served at 8 am the next day.
