Hotel Park Plaza

I had a good experience at Park Plaza Amritsar. The staff are polite and helpful and provide directions from the airport to reach the place easily. Smooth check-in and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious and clean. They didn't have kettle, but always gave me hot water when I asked for it. Always had comfortable sleep and the corridors and reception are always kept clean. Will definitely visit again.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and housekeeping.

Pathetic experience. The power went out in the middle of the night, and shockingly, the staff refused to turn on the generator despite repeated requests. Many other guests were so frustrated that they had to call the police around midnight. Several travelers even left the hotel during the night due to the complete blackout. As a solo female traveler, this was extremely concerning—especially because even the CCTV cameras weren’t working due to the power cut, raising serious safety concerns. On top of that, there was no water available, making the situation even worse. Absolutely unacceptable management and a complete lack of basic responsibility towards guests’ comfort and safety. Definitely not recommended.
