Hotel Paras Inn

We stayed at this hotel for one night and faced several issues: 1. Both beds in our room had filthy bedsheets, as if someone had stepped on them with dirty shoes. We had to ask the staff to change them. There is a shortage of manpower too. There is no proper manager in this hotel. 2. After returning from the Golden Temple, we found wood bugs on the bed. Instead of helping, the staff blamed us, saying we brought them in. They later admitted it was wood bugs and sprayed the room. We had to shift to a smaller room. 3. Some rooms had broken bathroom and cupboard doors. 4. The staff are very rude and are unwilling to cooperate with the guests. Overall it was the worst experience of my life and I totally don't recommend this hotel.

Poor property, hance we have checked in here its been almost 24 hours they have not provided us towel and saying it’s not our fault laundry and not available and they hava not provided blankets also poor quality poor behaviour don’t visit waste of money and behaviour of staff is very poor

Worst hotel ever seen in my life.. worst people worst service everything is worst.. If we ask for geyser they said its summer season we kept of Geyser. Do not visit this hotel..

I stay last night but this hotel not water available in bathroom. And light on off at night . I say give my room bill so he say nai milega . So bed experience .

Hotel is fraudulent. A hotel agent was roaming on the streets telling us that he will provide accommodation. We believed him and checked the rooms. They were average and we did the formalities of checking in. We checked in the hotel at 2:30 AM in the morning and we were told by him that the check out is scheduled at 1:00 AM next day as promised. Later that evening the hotel staff compelled us to check out at 8:00 PM stating that the agent was fraudulent and it’s our mistake to believe him. If the hotel agent was fraudulent then how did he get access to the keys. We 3 girls and 2 boys were given two choices- rent the rooms for one more day (but we had the train at 1:00 AM that night and the rent would go to waste) or leave the hotel on our circumstances. Totally disappointed.

One of the biggest fraud hotel in near Amritsar temple. This hotel and the staff are fraud. They don't provide bill and staff are very rude. AC is broken Very poor hotel. No drinking water facility , provide water for normal jug or use bottel charge 40-50 rs , charges extra money for chake out time , not clean bedsheet and room , only interial decoration is best but all faculty is bed. Not at all recommend.
