The worst hotel Lots of cockroaches got into all the clothes and bags. There is no water in the washroom. The geyser is not working. While showing the room they tell ₹800 and at the time of checking they charge ₹1300. Water is also not complimentary. The worst and most corrupt hotel.

I along with my family stayed in this hotel in last week of Dec24.Horrible experience.Rooms are dirty and damp, Blankets torn,geyser not working,Main door lock not locking properly and list goes on.When I complained to the manager,his only answer was if you want you can check in other hotels.He is only interested in money.Total lack of security.Do not ever think of staying in this hotel.

The hotel was ok, but you always have to remind them to clean the rooms and change bedsheets. And they misbehave with you if you are staying at less rates and suddenly they get another customer who is ready to pay more, especially on weekends. Spoilt our entire first half of Saturday forcing us to vacate room for another party or pay 2.5x the price although we had discussion related to our stay earlier. A BIG NO only due to the way the staff behaved.

Worst Worst & Worst people. We paid for this hotel online & even called them that we will be arriving late night but when we arrived there they denied to have any room for us even when it was booked & paid. It was midnight and we are forced to look for another hotel. Never ever go to this hotel. They don't even have value of anyone's safety, time & money.

Very very bad hotel. No maintainence at all. Very poor room condition. They don't clean the room at all . Cockroaches and mouse running inside the room . If you will stay for a night definitely you will suffer.

Rooms are clean you may feel suffocation in some rooms. And bit expensive compare to what they offer. Lift is damaged so be careful while using.

Hotel Staff MISGUIDES the customers. Initially try to lure customers by saying they will give seperate rooms for freshen up for 1hr and at time of scene they ask to share with other occupants. STRICTLY AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Near the golden temple and jalliawala bhagh . A/c facility also available. It clean and suitable for family members . Railway station is approx 30 km from here and local market are also near the hotel. Golden temple is walking distance from here.
