Receptionist misbehave, at not allowing any booking from online, why then showing hotel online, smells in rooms, receptionist showing attitude more than being an owner,we were here for the purpose of audit of TATA MOTORS our other collegues and our seniors will never be recommended this hotel by us.

I am a foreigner and my husband is an Indian National, we stayed here on two occasions and both occasions were dreadful. First occasion we stayed in a Deluxe Room and paid 2500 rupees. The bathroom was disgusting and not even cleaned properly. The shower was covered in soap scum and barely spat out any water, so we had to shower out of a bucket. The bed was amazing! but thats about it! On the second occasions which was on 6/1/18 we decided to reserve a standard room this time for 1000 rupees, the only difference from the deluxe and the standard room is that the standard room has a smaller bathroom, the standard room has standard table and chair dining as a posed to the deluxe which has sofa couches and a small coffee table. The deluxe has a big window towards the city where as the standard room only has a dirty dusty scene. Considering the cleanliness of this hotel, id only ever pay for a standard room again. As we left on 7/1/18 we were advised that they would be charging an additional 250 rupees because I am a foreigner and they are required to fill in the "C form" which they were charging me for, when this is their job! I had already read about the "C form" and its requirements to the FRRO, but I know there is no cost involved and that they merely charged us the 250 fee for their own pockets. To anybody thinking about booking this hotel, DONT! Avoid it at all costs! Even foreigners thinking about visiting this hotel, they will most probably accept you (considering most hotels in India dont accept foreigners) but later charge you a ridiculous amount upon check out, they dont even speak english so go figure. AVOID! DONT VISIT! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! NOT WORTH IT!

Superb, Room prices are quite reasonable comparing to the facilities. Staffs are very sincere. Rooms are super clean and service is very good. You don’t have to worry about Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, they served it very well. If you look for a budget stay in Ferozepur, Hotel Kaysons is your perfect destination

Hotel kaysons is located at Mall Road Firozpur, Punjab at Saheed Udham Singh Chowk. Some of the rooms are not fully maintained you can see dust easily, dirty bathroom. Otherwise ok. Electric kettle provided in each room. Premium rooms are good, refrigerator also provided in premium rooms...Have not tried their food...so no comments.

One star. Let me explain. I was supposed to check in on 20 august morning. We had called up before hand and informed the front desk. Our train reached there at 5 am., as expected. We reached the hotel to find it in total darkness.there were no lights at thefront desk. While we knocked a person opened the gate, and allowed us to enter. The lights continued to remain off. I requested him to switch on the lights. He continued to reiterate that they had no rooms and he had no information. After alot of requesting he switched on the lights. He did not have any options fr us to get freshened as well. In disappointment we left. Hence no pics. And 1 star for the awful impolite treatment

Staff is very rude I called for confirmation they treated with us very rude. Rooms availability showing on goibibo and there website too but they declined for rooms.
