I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Presidency for a night, and my experience was, unfortunately, just average. While the room itself was spacious and comfortable, the overall package fell short of my expectations. The room's decor was simple yet elegant and the bed was comfortable. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bedsheet had small holes, which was a bit of a letdown. The towel provided was also stinky, which was a major turnoff. Other facilities at the hotel were also not up to the mark. The hotel's amenities and services seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The staff, although polite, seemed unenthusiastic and lacked the warmth and hospitality that one expects from a hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Presidency was just about average. While the room was comfortable, the lack of attention to detail and the subpar facilities left a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a luxurious stay, Hotel Presidency might not be the best choice. We booked the Kitty Hall at Presidency Hotel for our party, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. When we arrived on time, the hall had no power, and to our surprise, the generator wasn’t working either. Staff assured us it would be fixed within 10 minutes, but an hour later, there was still no resolution. This wasn’t just a technical glitch – it was clearly due to a lack of maintenance. Our party was completely ruined because of this, and the poor management was apparent. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this Hotel.

Decent hotel for stay. Vegetarian food options are limited redundant. Service can be improved.

Over charging guests for Drinks and service charges. if gusst is paying alcohol charges why water and soda is being charged. even service charges are billed forced to pay service charges included in final. when asked for reason was given "In Hoshiarpur all are charging extra for Water and Soda* for drinks. Even Service charges. Pathaic service. Not recommended to visit.

They even don’t deserve one star. I booked this hotel for my marriage and what they did was very bad. Decoration was too bad. Even they took all the money before our function. Mr. Rohit who is the second owner and so called manager of this hotel was to polite before the payment and promised us everything will be so good. The food was cold. Even my in laws told his staff for the things but they ignored everyone. We called Mr. Rohit and their manager they were not responding. Logo ko bewkoof bnate hai. Inki wajah se aapki image life time ke liye in laws me kharab ho jayegi. Even ke aapne bohat sare paise diye ho inko but ye log ghatiya cheezein kr k aapki image khraab kr denge. Please do not book this hotel for the marriages otherwise you will feel embarrassed in front of other people.

housekeeping took 4 calls and 3 hours to arrive. the room I stayed in had a blocked window so no sunlight was there and very damp feeling in the room. shower handle broken.
