So nice hotel and service was very good Room was neat and clean

The rooms were good. Mostly clean. Service was very slow and delayed. Also if you want to go out in the night or want to come early in the morning, remember you have to wake up the staff who will be sleeping near the reception area itself and they are quite deaf and won't hear you in the first 5-10 calls.

I decided not to take the room , there are many cockroaches in the room. Extremely unhygienic

This is low budget hotel with minimum amenities with little or no service. The water heater has to be turned on 15 min so that one person cab take a bucket bath. There is no kettle or tea or cups. You have ask and wait for 30 -40 min for those to come. Toilets were not too clean and they don't have jet spray. Only bidet. The staff is inexperienced and slow. Breakfast included bread omelette and paratha/Chole. Extremely sad tea and coffee... Having said this... this was as good as it gets expecially this part of jalandhar city. Mahima restaurant which was opposite the hotel provided us with yummy sustenance during our stay here..

Hotel have good rooms, well maintained. Apart from that nothing is good. They dont have basic amenities in the room. You always have too call reception for small small things. They don't have their own kitchen. They buy it from outside. Room service is on types. The only thing is hotel is budget friendly. Domino's and Subway is next door.
