FabHotel The Dreams - Hotel in Kharar, Mohali

Pathetic hotel, Fabhotel is doing a scam here by giving their brand but no experience go with it It all started with a shocker at 12am that one of the rooms is not available… when asked why not informed, they said they have informed FabHotel but no one cared about the customer (me) who paid for it. I had to fight with the hotel to get additional room… imagine my state at 1am reaching the hotel and realizing there is no rooms Rooms as such were pathetic, no hot water, stinking rooms No lift, when asked I was told they switched it off to save power. Overall a very pathetic experience… please avoid

Most Worst Experience staying in this Hotel....Room was dirty....Staff was uncooperative....Basic necessities even in the Washroom were not provided....Although My Booking is with Breakfast but The Hotel even did not provided a cup of Tea.....MMT should delist this Hotel from your List. No WiFi No TV Stinky room even the room spray wasn't done for fragrance. Cockroaches everywhere. No Jet Spray in bathroom. No Water inside room. No doormat outside bathroom. No air ventilation inside the room. No food order after 8 PM IST.

First of all I would like to thank you that we got a good room at your hotel so late in the night and your receptionist was so nice that I cannot even describe it. The way he was talking and the way he helped us was commendable. I will definitely visit your hotel again.

Please avoid if you can. The room and bathroom had cockroaches. Bathroom was unclean and unkept. They don't even provide water in the room and charge separately for it. You have to ask for towel and toiletries. Seems like a theka owner has entered the hotel business and knows nothing about hospitality.

Amazing hotel in chandigarh decent behavior of staff pleasant environment to stay here , cleaning and other services are also incredibly fabulous .

**Not recommended One of my poor staycation experiences. I had to struggled a lot for basic services like water & WiFi. In my 2 days stay I have to wait for water to reach my washroom tap every morning no WiFi service available in the hotel but while booking they showed all the facilities in the book my show. During rainy days the location becomes a nightmare for people who are going by their car. Staffs & foods are good overall but water scarcity problem is something to think about.
